Great quality food. High quality serving and hospitality. Only thing that seemed a bit lacking was the finesse of the food. Superb, but not quite exceptional. I would revisit wholeheartedly.

We had the tostada pizza & artichoke spinach dip. We have missed the tostada pizza - so happy to see it back on the menu! Great food! Great service! Would definitely go back!

Last night we had dinner at this place, as an option to another more famous one that had a 45-minute wait to access. We thought the food and drink options we chose were delicious. I would highly recommend it.

I have ordered many deliveries recently from CPK and I really enjoyed them, but this time was totally different… the pizza was almost uncooked, no sign of charring on top, and the dough was so chewy I couldn’t even finish it, yuckkk... And the guacamole, what was that?? The description says avocado chunks, not avocado halves!! I thought I got a “salsa” with avocado chunks, instead I got 2 halves in a cup that I had to chop by myself, so I had to put everything on a dish and chop it with a knife – as I didn’t want to wash and clean the blender for something that I’ve paid, sorry! - but the avocado wasn’t even ripe so the end result were still solid chunks, so no salsa even if I squeezed in the tiny wedge of lime that was included. I won’t let you guys fool me again this way, considering your food is expensive. Rest assured it will be a very loong time before I place another order from California Pizza Kitchen!!!

Great dining experience! I met there with a friend shortly after opening. It was quiet, and our server displayed was the perfect balance of patience and attentiveness as my friend and I did 20 years of catching up! I would definitely watch here again ?

This is an update to my previous post regarding my concerns about being charged for fountain drink refills at the Fashion Valley location, San Diego. I received a call from a manager from the location who offered an apology and refund for the "refills"The managers said that "they don't charge for refills".I still question why a professional and competent appearing waitress, that said she had been working there for a couple of months would charge me for refills, after I questioned the charges, and after I asked her specifically to "check with her manager".Maybe its me, but I hardly think I was the first person in a two-month period to question the waitress about unexpected refill charges. Strange !Regardless, free fountain drink beverage refills are back, or should I say no longer be charged, or were always free. Who knows ! LOL !

If you haven't heard, California Pizza Kitchen has $6 Happy Hour pizza and beer weekdays 3-5pm. Everyone knows CPK is good. Fashion Valley Mall is a cool one to hit when you're out. Service has always been prompt and professional. It's a casual spot, not too noisy, with a hip vibe, good music at the bar. Solid cocktails and Delicious beer. I recommend the Kings & Convicts Hazy IPA as for pizza I think personal preference will never go wrong at CPK. The pizza comes hot, crispy and fresh and beer and cocktails are refreshingly chilled. Great place to hang out with friends. I usually get the standard pizzas but I have to admit, even the pizzas that sound strange are amazing! We had: a simple Margherita pizza, mushroom pizza, Bbq Chicken, and Thai style pizza. And I know a Thai style pizza sounds strange but of course, it's CPK deliciousness! Can't miss at this place!

Food is good not so wow in taste but the presentation is great. Bathrooms were filthy both men and women. Last time was more cleanTable was clean but seats were not, there was food remains. They dont keep napkins on tables you either need to ask or brink your own. Serve pizzas and burgers but dont put ketchup on tables unless asked so stingy
