You can taste the good quality ingredients, but honestly, the dishes are nothing surprising or super interesting. We ordered the feast, and the pacing of the courses were quite off. No problem as people were talking and drinking more wine. Overall, good for business dinner, not a real culinary experience. The staffs are professional and knowledgeable.

Mediterranean Feast was a beautifully curated experience from start to finish. We began with a trio of starters: hummus, baba ghanoush, and avocado labneh. The hummus was, in my opinion, the standout—silky, deeply flavorful, and perfectly balanced. My husband preferred the baba ghanoush, which delivered a bold smoky eggplant essence with a gentle heat. The spicy green zhoug drizzled over the dishes was absolute perfection, tying everything together with herbal brightness and heat. The avocado labneh was refreshingly light and creamy, paired beautifully with crisp vegetables—making it the ideal appetizer alongside our cocktails. Next came the Japanese kampachi, which was exceptionally fresh and elegantly prepared. Its clean, bright flavor acted as the perfect palate cleanser before our pasta course. For pasta, we selected the pumpkin camamelle—and it truly tasted like a refined, savory version of Thanksgiving pumpkin pie wrapped in fresh pasta. The texture was flawless, with just the right amount of chew. I had debated between this and the squid ink cavatelli, but after the kampachi, the pumpkin proved to be the ideal choice. For the main course, we shared the swordfish and duck. The duck was accompanied by a fermented carrot side that completely stole the show—bright, crunchy, herbaceous, and bursting with layered flavor. Each bite opened beautifully on the palate and unmistakably evoked the feeling of late autumn. Dessert, however, was the one place where the evening fell slightly short for me. The desserts were pleasant but not as memorable. Given how exceptional everything else had been, my expectations were higher. I found myself wishing for something more adventurous—perhaps a lemon curd tart with rose meringue and browned pistachio, or a similarly elevated seasonal creation. That said, the service was outstanding, the space was immaculate, and the pacing of the meal was expertly handled. Overall, we give Callie a 9.5 out of 10 and absolutely plan to return.

Our experience at Callie was incredible!! Hats off to the chefs (and the bartenders!), along with the entire team! We had the Mediterranean Feast, served family style, and each course was amazing. All were beautiful, fresh, and delicious! And I have officially found my new favorite cocktail — the clarified margarita was exceptional! Can't wait to go back.
