I just ordered a pesto Chicken sandwich. They used some sort of strange processed pattie. It was the worst sandwich I have order in recent memory. Had to throw it away!

I RARELY review with a 1 star, but this was bad. Being that they only had 3 choice when it came to paninis I decided y’all should know.
They ran out of pesto at 11 in the morning, so if you wanted a chicken pesto sandwich you got a chicken sandwich. So I chose the smoked turkey. It had like 2 pieces of sliced turkey and 2 THIN pieces of bacon 1 slice cheese. They were not stocked up on what was needed for a front end restaurant.Very unfortunate. So if you have a choice go get pizza or something else maybe it will be hot.

I will say the ladies working were very nice

Date/Time of Visit: September 12, around 9:15–9:25 a.m.

I had an unfortunate experience with the cashier this morning—the worst customer service I’ve encountered in a long time. I asked for a cup of ice. When she asked if I already had a cup, I said no and asked if I could just have a small bag of ice instead. She looked at me with clear annoyance and said she’d have to charge for the cup.

I explained I’d just purchased a coffee and would return with that cup. When I came back with my empty coffee cup and politely asked again, she repeated that she’d need to charge for a cup, even though I brought my own. Her expressions—disgust, disappointment, and a smirk when I asked if everything was okay—made the whole interaction unnecessarily unpleasant.

If this is the level of service customers can expect, I’d suggest others take their business elsewhere.

Good years ago! Panini menu says whole wheat bread. Not anymore, made with white bread, toasted on one side only. Appeared microwaved as interior tomato was hottest. Sell your stock

Ordered a Tomato Caprese panini and what I got was the regular fillings of a tomato caprese slapped between two sourdough slices and microwaved. Bread wasn’t even toasted. Basically paid $11 for a soft, warm tomato sandwich. I should have known it was going to be something weird when my food came out about 90 seconds after I ordered it. If I could give the food 0 stars I would. Staff was nice.

Complete rip off. Find somewhere else.
The “grilled cheese” is 2 pieces of toast with half melted cheese. They don’t actually grill anything.

Great place to grab a turkey sausage sandwich in the morning. When you are on the go! Yum.

I tried an everything bagel here, and it was alright.

This place gave me food poisoning. Serious health concerns and it seemed like both employees were on something.

San Diego Airport. Cheerful greeting from the sweet person at the register this morning. Got some healthy cashews. The sausage-egg-cheese-on-sourdough English muffin was greasy but tasted great. Nice place.

We couldn’t place our order because the staff were talking to each other and not taking any orders from customers. We finally left and went to Peet’s.
