The ATM is inside the cafe so when the cafe is closed you can't use it. Such an inconvenience. Who the hell decided not to put the ATM outside? Massive incompetence here. Changing my direct deposit to another bank. Too inconvenient to do cash deposits.
No international wire transfer!!! It feels like dealing with very dated bank!Also they waste your time when claiming a charge.They refund you the cost then they charge you back again because they deny the case! This location is a Capital One Cafe. Peet's Coffee is in the same space. If you enter from the Macy's side, walk past the escalators outside of Macy's. The cafe will be just ahead on the left. Very friendly staff. Don't forget to use your Capital One card for a discount at Peet's.
