Hate to do this, but today was a big let down for lunch. Got the chicken Parmesan sub and man the chicken was no good. I was in a rush for lunch and just ate the bread and parts of the chicken. Chicken was stale and no flavor at all.

Very few pizza restaurants in existence and this is one! Full bar available! Think of it as an old school pizza place/dive bar. Pizza is great!

The food was great at Caps but the only con of the night was when we walked in to be seated, nearly all the empty tables were dirty and still had the check book on them. The waitress stated they were low staff and she did clean our table from our choosing.

Great food and drinks. Full bar, beer and wine. Hours are kind of wild but open late-ish during the week only.New photos of what it actually looks like now as well as current menu. The pizza was delish, the stupid breadsticks (jalapeño) Were so good! Will def return on my next trip and try the pastas on the menu. Thank you Tyler for all your recommendations, being super hospitable and running all the tables by yourself.

The pizza is delicious! Expensive, but the taste absolutely makes up for it. Gave an overall 3 stars since it took forever for any of the employees in the restaurant to even acknowledge my presence and they admittedly forgot to bring out my order which means I waited 45 minutes for a small (personal) pizza and small caesar salad.

Pizza is overpriced for not have a “Wow!” factor. Small means super small, just 4 slices and nothing out of the ordinary. Other than prices, place seems really cool spot to hang out and watch sports. The waitress was very nice and the place was clean in the inside.

I love this neighborhood spot. Love the staff and community. Great for families.Definitely a local gem. I recommend anything on the menu, my most frequently ordered dish: house spaghetti with meat sauce + mushrooms. It's my favorite.
Parking: There is a lot available to customers after 5pm, right next to it.
Kid-friendliness: Family friendly. Locals place

Yesterday I went and ordered a beer and happy hour, fried zucchini, those two items for fine I got a personal pizza to go. Boy what a disappointment! I should have looked at it before I left I am two minutes from there I got home it was cold it was burned it was like leather not worth $27. I doubt if I'll ever go back there again! Check your food people before you leave!

Such nice people and great service. We visited roughly a month ago and I still can't stop thinking about the delicious calzone I had. Will be back in San Diego in a month and can't wait to visit again. To a person, the staff was helpful and pleasant. What a gem, what a find. Do yourself a favor and eat the food.

The food was great and the service was good. There was only one waitress but she was friendly and efficient. We found this place by accident but totally enjoyed our meals.

This is the best pizza in the downtown San Diego area. Everything is fresh and delicious, the sauce, ingredients, and pizza dough, just amazing.
