Now when i say i want catfish and chicken, they are what i mean! The food was excellent. It didnt even make it home. Even though i live all the way in Henderson, i will continue to come back for their great food.

To Capitan Sam It's good to see that you check your reviews. I give you 3 stars today because when I came in there were flies flying around in you kitchen and your workers were just to compatible working around them. I think you can do better controlling critters. This fish is good just knowing g what I saw makes it scary please correct it.

Apparently we were under the understanding that the menu said Catfish Fillets however, as avid catfish eaters we knew it was based on basa fish disguise as catfish were deceptive.

First & foremost I’m extremely heartbroken that I have to even give this place a low score because I never wanna do this type of stuff to black owned businesses but as soon as you start off on the phone, it seems like everybody starts off with extremely rude attitude for some odd reason like somebody forced him to work there second of all I’m trying to calling and the guy keeps hanging up the phone on me when I’m trying to explain to him that on Uber eats it’s hard to order a side dish and they won’t fix the menu Third of all black bussines . Please get it together. This is extremely horrible and you make us all look bad I would not be coming over here and I would recommend nobody to come over here as well or if you’re due you, please talk to these people in person because it seemed like they’re very hardheaded and extremely hard to understand.

They need to use different containers for deliveries. EVERY time I order delivery and open the box there is ALWAYS condensation inside the box thus making the fried food not so fried anymore. I've LITERALLY poured water from the bottom of the box. The gizzard coating turned back into batter. Had to throw them in the air fryer. Those glossed boxes RETAIN MOISTURE. Horrible for fried food delivery.

I came from out of town and thought that with a name like Captain Sam's Fish and Chicken would have had top notch fried Cod. I was not expecting a fried Cod loin. The place was located in a convince store/meat market. I thought it was a standalone restaurant.

I just ordered a gizzard combo and a chicken nugget combo. I paid extra to get fried zucchini instead of fries. They gave me no ranch dressing everybody knows you eat fried zucchini with ranch dressing. Then I start eating my gizzards and they taste like they have been fried in burnt Grease! This is my second time eating here and again I am completely disappointed I will never eat here again I will never order from here again. Why would you fry something in burnt Grease absolutely disgusting!

I wanted to give a food review on my very first order from this restaurant because I’ve heard so much about it. But I’m contemplating on if I even want to eat the food because of the way it showed up by the delivery driver. And it would happen on a day that I ordered delivery service, something I normally don’t do. Why would your restaurant not seal the bag and have it looking like this for delivery? One of the boxes of food open and everything. You could’ve at least put a knot in the bag, I can tell there wasn’t even an attempt to tie the bag closed SMH.
