Carbon is easily one of the best restaurants in San Diego! My boyfriend and I had an amazing Valentine’s Day dinner there—great service, delicious drinks, and incredible food. Angela’s kitchen is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. We spent date night here and had the best experience. When you walk in, you’re immersed in the Italian culture with a home vibe. Although not a large establishment, you feel right at home. We were given recommendations consistent with what we preferred and they were spot on. The food was an array of plates you can choose from or create your own, all with a variety of flavors that pleasantly surprised my palate....
