Carbon Angela’s Kitchen is one of our favorite places to eat and be in San Diego. The cooking is creative, inviting, and absolutely delicious. Angela’s flavors and presence are so great that we asked her to cater our wedding and couldn’t have been happier with the results; Carbon put together an incredible menu that was a huge hit with us and our guests. If you love good food, you owe yourself a trip to Carbon.
Wonderful Italian food with the sweetest owner & waiters. The Picanha is delicious and so satisfying with an incredible flavor and perfect textured with the crispy smashed potato. Pesto pistachio pasta was also fantastic. Great atmosphere as well
