Ordered a drink using the rewards app, scheduled a pick up, and then the worker wouldn’t give me my drink because it wasn’t showing up on their end. Even though I showed him the receipt, they tried to charge me for the drink I already paid for! Absolutely ridiculous. I don’t want to go to this location ever again which sucks because it’s convenient to my workplace for a quick meal or drink.

They don’t have a kiosk for customers…they just flipped around the cashier’s POS system. Cleary not meant to be customer facing. I didn’t realize I worked as a Carl’s Jr cashier these days!

Meat is not the same!!! I work up along San Diego and know these places. From Jack in the box to McDonald's, I know beef!!! The beef in these places is not the same PERIOD! The texture is softer. The taste is close but not the same, they tried to come close to the taste of real beef I may add, but it's not there. Franken-beef? What is this now? :(

I come here pretty regularly and it’s very hit or miss with the service. The morning guy is always nice and shows gratitude but the manager lady needs a class on hospitality. I’ve waited 15 mins for a 2 item order before, she’s sat in the office while I was waiting to order at the counter so long that an employee on break had to go get her attention, and she’s just overall not fun to deal with.
That's my favorite Carl's Jr to go to. The employees are so nice and they treat their customers really good!!!!

Came in to this location and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes. Not a single employee even said hello, let alone offered to take an order or anything. If you’re on a lunch break and actually want to be served and have time to eat, find any other location than this one.

Horrible customer service. They won’t even pay attention to you if you want to pay cash at the front. Reporting lazy manager to hr as well.
