All of the fried items are made in old,burned oil so it always tastes awful and bitter.I compared same items in Poway location and it's no contest.2 stars for nice staff.

Wonderful customer service. They have the sign with the pretty lady 😍 advertisement. Talking about a way to sale! Ha! I had the fish sandwich as it's in season, and they don't sale this every month. The service is what I like most and the food is good 😋 Enjoy.

Hi, I enjoy breakfast at Carls Jr on the days I go into the office. However, I have to send a major complaint about your highly frustrating AI order taking system, it never gets the order correct and I have to repeat my order several times, each time I have to repeat it I get more and more angry. I will no longer go to any Carls Jr restaurants that have the AI order taking system, I will instead go to McDonalds or Jack in the Box so I can talk to a human and have an enjoyable breakfast.

Wife needed shakes after oral surgery. I bought two from Carl's mainly because they're close. Two fairly small shakes cost me $13! Service was friendly, shakes were tasty, but expensive!
