I visited this location and informed them i was dining in. I was given a tent number to place at my table. However I had to get up from my table to go get my food where as others dining in customer's, had their food brought to their table. I also asked to use their restroom and was provided the wrong code. I guess good customer service is based on them liking you. I also don't believe these were coincidences. Just my opinion.
Compared to other Carl's Jr. experiences; the expensive hamburgers were somewhat dry. It left us unsatisfied! Moreover, the manager took our order. I therefore expected more from managers. It is an opportunity to show her employees how things are done.
She unfortunately dropped the ball when it came to making sure our order was correct before receiving it.
