They told me wrong about my food, I asked them to change it, bad attitude from the employees, zero courtesy and zero friendliness. The person who prepared my food did not put on gloves, I asked the person in charge if everyone who prepared my food wore gloves, which she replied yes... I told her that the person who prepared my food did not and with a very bad attitude I answered that they had clean hands anyway, it is worth mentioning that the lady, by the way, with a careless appearance, all her hair on the outside

Always get the same modified ca burger for mom as a treat. Sometimes they get it perfect, every other time theres something going on. I used to work carls so i am a little biased. I worked when mr kartcher was still around. So i know what i am talking about. These kids aspire to be great , but are mostly passable. I still appreciate the effort put forth. Thanks.

I’ve lived in this area for over 20 years and I used to come to this Carls a lot. But today was the last straw, for a while now the employees have gotten my order wrong and I have had to come back for things, today the forgot some ideas and I got a huge attitude from the drive thru employees, this is the last time I come.

Ordered a Star with cheese, no onions, no pickles and paid for extra lettuce. The shake was not cold and the onion rings were like rubber. I ordered through the app and called the restaurant asking to speak to the manager. The gentleman identified himself as acting as the manager. I explained the issue to him. His solution was for me to drive to the restaurant for replacements on items ordered as a delivery. Two days in a row I asked for the manager to call me and to date the manager has not called me. I did file a complaint through the app and am waiting to see the refund.
