This is a great spot near the border. Clean, very little foot traffic from the homeless/vagrants that hang around at the Jack in the Box by the border. Service is excellent. Staff is friendly. I recommend this location.

The worst Carl's Jr I've ever been to the drive-thru lady had the nerve to tell me I made a false app for Carl's Junior is the app they have on the Google Play store she didn't want to honor anything the the app has on it I asked her for the phone number to talk to somebody higher up because she's a manager she told me if I knew how to use a computer I told her yes and she said Google it the worst customer service I've ever seen I recommend never going back to that one it's terrible I already emailed your corporate office because that's ridiculous you don't even honor your own app

Our group stops here for lunch a couple of times a year while traveling. There is always construction on the access road. They always seem to be one person short staffed, and in the rush, the orders often aren't correct. Having said that, they have been nice and quick to correct the order.
I always come to this carls Jr, and the staff are always so nice and they never skimp out on anything

I ordered a double patty, burger and what I got was a single patty burger and two additional patties for $12. You just never know what you’re gonna get when the people behind the counter do not speak the same language.
