Walked in to pick up an order stood directly in front of the counter for 5 min I'm not sure if he was the GM or franchise owner he asked me if I'd been helped i said no I've been standing here for 5 min and nobody even acknowledged me or said can I help you....staff had zero courtesy skills he apologized and proceeds to tell me next time stop and ask for help....isn't customer service part of the job description anymore?

I ordered 15 mines ahead and when I got there they told the cook I was here and started making the order. Which defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead

They dont adhere to their business hours. Closing time is posted as 10pm, Went by at 9:45p and they were not taking any orders thru drive thru and doors were closed. I asked one of the employees, he said, "oh, yeah we start closing as early as 9:30 and by about this time we no are closed orders."
