So the Angus Guacamole Bacon Burger is phenomenal. I like the spicy Guacamole! I think it is black pepper, but I not sure.. I ask for extra patty because it's only $3 more and now you have monster burger that you properly will only eat half because you full already! You get 2 meals with this burger choice so think about that.. The fries are great also!

Walked in to pick up an order stood directly in front of the counter for 5 min I'm not sure if he was the GM or franchise owner he asked me if I'd been helped i said no I've been standing here for 5 min and nobody even acknowledged me or said can I help you....staff had zero courtesy skills he apologized and proceeds to tell me next time stop and ask for help....isn't customer service part of the job description anymore?

I ordered 15 mines ahead and when I got there they told the cook I was here and started making the order. Which defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead
Opportunity with new self oder. Specifically, navigating to upsale for add ons/ waffle fries or to go orders. My visit unfortunately lasted much longer than corporate standard. Much more to say about my experience, but would rather share this with the owner and or General manager in person. Please feel free to reach out to me.
