I’ve decided not to come back to this location because of the negative atmosphere. I’ve seen the manager arguing with staff and customers. The food is good, but the vibe ruins the experience. I’d rather eat somewhere that respects both employees and customers.

The truth is that it was very uncomfortable for me to listen to how the person in charge on duty treated the other workers, very annoying and uncomfortable for us consumers, they need to pay more attention to that because I think it is not possible for these behaviors to go unnoticed.

I went a few days ago and have mixed feelings about my experience. The food was excellent, the flavors were delicious, and everything was well-prepared and fresh.

However, my experience was overshadowed by the service from the manager From the moment I arrived, her attitude was unfriendly, and she seemed annoyed by any questions or requests I made. Her tone was rude and uninterested, which made me feel uncomfortable throughout the visit. It's a shame that a place with such good food has such poor customer service.

Called "guacamole" bacon cheese burger,, but no more than 1-1/2 inches of splashed guacamole in the burger.? The worst place to get a guacamole burger. I asked manager if that was for real, and he said the amount is 2 tiny scoops of guacamole ?. How tiny could they be ??? ?

The first time，I found used ketchup in my food bag.
The second time，cashier took order of the female who cut my line first.
The third time，which is today 6/5 at 6pm，cashier ignored my request of separating two orders into two different bags. She just put everything into one bag. After I asked for another bag to separate the order，she gave the bag to me and was like，"you do it yourself".

Staff is very friendly.. the place needs a little touch up on some details but it’s a relaxing place..enjoyed my meal the new menu is great it’s been a time with out eating Carl’s good to feel that employees still treats us as a guest.. Yair is a very friendly cashier and management looks great ?
