Yes they do take the EBT. No WiFi for customers. No bathroom for customers. The first ever Carl's Jr with no bathroom.
Days later returned for a Big Angus Big Carl. Steak quality flavor. Days later I ordered it again. It didn't taste the same, it was like the regular Carl's Jr hamburger meat. Makes you wonder. 🤔

I had a really disappointing experience at the Carl’s Jr. located inside the mall. I waited over 15 minutes for a simple hamburger, and when I finally went up to ask about it, the staff member acted like it was my fault, claiming she had been calling me. Instead of being understanding or at least polite, she handed me the bag with a disgusted look and didn’t say a single nice thing—no apology, no explanation, not even a “have a nice day.” Basic courtesy was completely missing. Really poor customer service, and it left a bad impression.

Don’t get up to order anything was gone from my table for 2 minutes and my food was thrown away in the garbage horrible service told the manger and did nothing about it will definitely not be coming back just with the costumer service alone

Worst burger I’ve ever had from carl jr’s. The fries and the soda was good. The burger was cold. I told them they re-made it and gave me the wrong burger. They re-made it again and that was cold too, how? Never again, I will stick to five guys, so much worth it. You may pay double but very much worth it. I use to like carl jrs burgers but I will never ever go back. McDonald’s is way better!

Manager Margarita, rude, not professional and racist, I asked for an extra of pickles and she start saying “omg” when I asked her for the 4th time for pickles afte she kept ignoring my request because according to her it’s very difficult to found the option on her computer to charge me for 6 slices of pickles and at the end she finishes with “this is not Tijuana”

I’ve decided not to come back to this location because of the negative atmosphere. I’ve seen the manager arguing with staff and customers. The food is good, but the vibe ruins the experience. I’d rather eat somewhere that respects both employees and customers.

I went a few days ago and have mixed feelings about my experience. The food was excellent, the flavors were delicious, and everything was well-prepared and fresh.

However, my experience was overshadowed by the service from the manager From the moment I arrived, her attitude was unfriendly, and she seemed annoyed by any questions or requests I made. Called "guacamole" bacon cheese burger,, but no more than 1-1/2 inches of splashed guacamole in the burger.? The worst place to get a guacamole burger. I asked manager if that was for real, and he said the amount is 2 tiny scoops of guacamole ?. How tiny could they be ??? ?
