Drove by monday and tried the Triple western burger, Man was it good! Not to mention I was greeted with excellent customer service by a young man working in the front! Wasn’t in the drive through for longer than 10 min like other fast food places. Props to him over all this restaurant has improved a lot!. I will definitely be back.

Carls, you lost me. I will never want to order with an AI this obnoxious and it’s beginning the trend of un employing human beings. I will not ever eat here again until these AI ordering platforms are discontinued. I will tell all my friends as well. This is wrong, and very uncomfortable. And stop asking me if I have an app. I don’t I just want food quickly that’s good. I knew I should have went to InnOut. Less expensive better quality better taste and 100% ran by human beings.

I make pizza. But for my burger cravings I trust carl to make my day. Char broiled flavor 💪🤠 I took a picture of one of my favorites. The triple bacon western. I got it for free with purchase of $1 . Just remember Any deals you see Will require an app download but that's okay because you can pay cash or EBT or tap to pay . Anyway best deal in town :) love the late night deals after 8pm half price shakes and sides is awesome 💯💯 love the friendly staff. They are actually enjoying their jobs. I thinks it's because they have the Ai robot at the drive through and it works well. So they can focus on the food prep and the customer .

Today june 19 at Carls Jr. at 2 pm a young clear skin mexican lady didn't want to give me my rewards free burger, she said that I hace to accumulate rewards points. I had to explain her that is a free burger for opening my Carls junior app.

the grotesque AI drivethru leaves you feeling like you need a bath after it REPEATEDLY ask you if you want to add this , or that, or another thing to the order. Finally confirms my order after a harrowing round of forced advertisement and still gets it wrong. I ordered 1 sandwhich, no modifications.... still got it wrong,
So thats a 1 for the food, which was wrong, and honestly just tasted bad, and i mean compared to other Carl's
A 1 for the Service, which there was none to speak of as AI isnt service, its sole purpose is to continue to ask you if you want more, since a human would have enough sense to realize that that is ALL that you wanted and not badger you
And a 1 for the amazing atmosphere they created of a distopian future

Not sure what has changed but everything has been so fresh with the burgers bacon is fresh everything put together like it’s supposed to be not sloppy or thrown together I haven’t had Carl’s Jr in a while so coming back everything top tier at this location no complaints what so ever best fast food burger easily.
