Food was not good. Even my friend said his tasted funny. Plus it was like $14.06 foe 3 chicken stripe small combo. Only ate the fries. Wish us luck.

Yesterday on 11/29/2025 around 11:20 pm I was hoping that Carl's Jr was open. It made me think that it was open because I saw like 4 young men going inside and I was like cool they are open. I clearly saw them go inside and when I went towards the door it was locked. I told my self that was not fair at all. Also I saw a mother and her daughter eating inside it look like the little girl was standing on the bench thing. I thought the dine closes at 10pm but they were inside at 11:20 that's why I said that was not fair. The sign does say it close at 10.When I went towards the door I saw a short Hispanic worker I don't know if she was a lead or what that was the only worker I saw in the front at the time.

I didn't order anything. I was just driving with my homie in the seat who wanted to order. The AI at the drive thru was random. Kinda Creepy. But the cashier was nice to us. She handed me the straw. Happy Halloween, Merry Christmas whatever else.
Me personally I never had a great time with Carls Jr's Burgers. Like in Daly City and in Otay Ranch. Panic.

Carl's Jr has switch to AI ordering. I can't stand this trend. Phone systems have long been a frustrating experience and now it's moving to other aspects of life. I want to talk to a person. I want that true interaction. I will not be going back to Carl's Jr if they keep using AI. This is not the customer service I want.

I ordered:famous star burger Very unappealing,one paper thin slice of tomato and onion. Served cold.not worth my money and time. Staff not properly trained on how to prepare and serve an appealing meal.
