Carl should be rolling over in his grave. Worst experience ever at a Carl's Jr and won't be back. Started with two people standing behind the counter, telling us to use the kiosk while they did nothing. People walking in behind us had their orders taken & seved before we could figure out how to use the most unfriendly kiosk ever. After we commented about how ridiculous that whole experience was, one gal just said "it's the future". When I told them that the sprite did not taste right, she said "we don't have sprite, only coke or root beer". That's odd...there were several other sodas offered thru the self service machine, nothing saying "only coke or root beer", but ok, good to know. They both continued standing behind the counter, doing nothing. I could go on, but if you've read this much I'm guessing you get it. At first I wondered why this restaurant was virtually empty at lunchtime, no question now. As far as "the future"? I'm not sure there is one. At least not here.

I feel the staff are super racist towards non-hispanics. I've only received poor service both times coming. I get ignored, passed over for who's next in line. To the point where I just walk out. Oh. And they seem to be always short staffed.
