During our visit, the service was good and quick, the place is clean and roomy; though it felt a bit empty, it was not something that kept us from enjoying our food. They have a big lobby with plenty of tables. I personally have been a long time Carl's Jr. fan and really like their burgers, and that sourdough burger is no exception. Parking is not a problem and the staff is very helpful.

I've visited this location multiple times, and each time, the staff has been hassle-free, friendly, and courteous. They went above and beyond for Thanksgiving, which I found to be exceptional. While no one is obligated to go beyond the basics, it's refreshing when establishments express appreciation for their customers. I commend them for their efforts. Thanks again, Carl's Jr.!

This Carl's Jr. location on Burgener Boulevard is by far one of the most despicable and disgusting places ever to get food. I was there on Wednesday morning September 20. The Mexican lady at the counter was scrubbing a milkshake mixer when I arrived, and without cleaning her hands and with a clear visible foam from the chemicals that she was using, I saw her making the soft drinks for my takeout order. Then I also saw another lady with a name tag that says general manager who look like a complete slob, sneezing and scratching her nostrils then proceeded to go in the back and start wrapping up some breakfast sandwiches. Stay away from this place !!
Even for a fast food restaurant, hygiene standards especially of the staff were beyond questionable and off putting from the start - untied hair, touching face, hair, clothes and then touching the food without washing hands etc. The person at the counter didn’t seem to care at all about taking orders and when we did it definitely was not “fast” food. The food we got was ok in part, but the amount of grease and the experience at ordering was already an off put. There’s better/safer fast food options out there!

Carl Jr Burgener Blvd Thursday July 27th opened late then female on front end polished back soda machine, opened a box stocked something,, polished outside of milkshake machine, changed a schedule on the side of milkshake machine went to go to do something else, the entire time informing me refusing to say a single word. Gave up went to Starbucks better coffee, better service!Sidewalk in any restaurant is important but sidewalk does NOT pay the lease, the utilities, payroll or buy the inventory.! And after this display of sheer utter rudeness this customer will NOT be helping Carl Jr's pay for them either!
