I was in the drive thru this morning. No customer service at all - very rude lady taking my order. I backed out and left. Not worth how expensive it is with lack of service. They should definitely switch a more cheerful, polite and respectful individual to do the job of the drive thru.

Cashiers are so lazy these days. We might as well just get rid of these cashiers and have robots doing these fast food order, they probably would come out better, faster and not expecting the customer to do the stuff at the cash register. I waited 10 minutes for my order, with nobody else ahead of me or behind me.

Parking: Parking is fine, it’s just the wait! With nobody else in the restaurant, all the drive thru orders got fulfilled first.

The lady was helpful helping us find the restroom and gave me a spoon when I asked her for it. However when my friend and I ordered our snacks that should have taken about 5 or 10 minutes and it took 20 minutes. We didn't even order a full meal that required cooking.

They told me “we are out of value items” at the drive thru at 5:10pm 08/07…how is that possible? Their menu screen is cracked so I couldn’t explore other options, I just left.

So I walked into this carls jr and I was profiled because I asked for a water cup by this woman who claims her name is Sonja. She said we don't give free cups to get water we sell them. I said okay I'll like too purchase one but she then laughed like I was joking and she went and walked over too the cups and acted like she was just going to give me one but walked over to the sofa fountain and got soda for herself which is fine but I still wasn't taken seriously that I wanted to buy a drink and then she got another new cup and repeated that same process with the cup again. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional and she doesn't take anything seriously because she talks with her co- workers with profanity like shes just chilling in the ghetto. I pray for the best for this carls jr and others not have people like this represent there company especially since I have well earned money invested in stocks with them

Tried the new teriyaki single burger, pineapple slice was so thin you can see thru it. All the teriyaki sauce was in one glob on one side of the burger and it was ice cold! Terrible burger, save your money for something decent. Got 3 piece chicken tender, it was more like chicken nuggets. Was not fresh and hard. Now I remember why I stopped eating here!! Beware
