I crave a good burger every so once in awhile and Carl's Jr is the place to go. This place had excellent service. Quick, professional and friendly. If you use their app you can get some reasonable deals. Carl's Jr has a great variety of burgers. Worth the price and the time.

I requested both kids meals to have the cheese removed and be regular hamburgers. The drive-thru person rang it up correctly, but when I received the burgers, they both had cheese. My husband had to scrape the cheese off the burgers.☹️

Wasted a whole half hour for a jalapeño burger. Got over charged because the older lady at the register charged me wrong and seemed like she had no idea how to do her job. There was only 1 order ahead of me. Went through the drive thru the week before and they gave me the wrong order. The owner was dismissive as hell and did nothing to help. They did nothing to correct either issue. Horrible customer service and service in general.
