Wasted a whole half hour for a jalapeño burger. Got over charged because the older lady at the register charged me wrong and seemed like she had no idea how to do her job. There was only 1 order ahead of me. Went through the drive thru the week before and they gave me the wrong order. The owner was dismissive as hell and did nothing to help. They did nothing to correct either issue. Horrible customer service and service in general.

Very bad experience, I just went to buy a Famous Star combo through the self-drive, and apart from the fact that it took more than 10 minutes and there was no line (not even people buying inside the store) they gave me some horrible French fries that seemed to have been put in to the fryer twice, watery and cold. Besides, the bad service cashier seemed angry.
Got my free Western Star Burger even though the app wouldn't let me order it online. Clerk denied there was WiFi. There was, but I couldn't access it. Out of Cherry Coke. Burger and fries were delicious though.
