Very bad experience, I just went to buy a Famous Star combo through the self-drive, and apart from the fact that it took more than 10 minutes and there was no line (not even people buying inside the store) they gave me some horrible French fries that seemed to have been put in to the fryer twice, watery and cold. Besides, the bad service cashier seemed angry.

Got my free Western Star Burger even though the app wouldn't let me order it online. Clerk denied there was WiFi. There was, but I couldn't access it. Out of Cherry Coke. Burger and fries were delicious though.

Amazing food and the best service I have ever experienced. My server's name is Josh Hyler and he was very enjoyable and handsome. He was patient with me and had such a positive attitude. The charboiled chicken club was exquisite and the buttermilk ranch was delicable. Highly recommend ??

It took really long just to get an order in. Then asked multiple times for no cheese on every burger we ordered. He confirmed everything wouldnt have cheese and we got our order and I think they put extra cheese on everything. We dnt eat fast food very often and this place is the exact reason.

Prices are a little high for what you get. But hey this location you can use the toilet without buying anything . That's if there isn't homeless people getting high in the bathrooms. Then you might have to give them a dollar to get off the pot.
They RARELY screw up an order. Sorry but the Famous Star and Super Star blow tge doors off of In/Out Burger (which is good).Kid-friendliness: Kids can go in. No one will kick them out I guess.Wheelchair accessibility: There's Handicap parking, wide doorways, ramps, etc.
Worst chicken sandwich Iever had like a cold chicken nugget on dry flavorless flat bun. I should have just got 3 chicken strips always ?

The service at this location is slow. We waited in the drive through for a good 15-20 minutes while a customer in front ordered. It wasn't fast nor was there any sense of urgency. When we started to back up to leave the drive through, the customer in front of us finally drove forward. We decided to stay in line and the clerk got on the intercom and said she would be with us shortly. We still had to wait even more. We finally ordered and the food was fine. Since we went through the drive through we can't tell you what the ambiance was like inside. We will not return to this one.

French toast sticks decent. Morning drive thru is the worst with customer service. Rushed me to order, still had to wait after her not finishing taking my order. Ended up with only one person's food when there was more in the car. Felt unwelcoming.
