Service was excellent. I had the special, a filet minion served at a perfect medium rare.
I didn’t know they had a happy hour. We ordered some drinks and was surprised by how affordable their drinks were while we waited for our reservation. Can’t recommend Carvers enough!

Great food and service with reasonable price. The place is outdated in terms of decoration and for me it was a huge plus in the middle of RB.
Mean and Fish are GREAT! I'd definitely come back and with more friends! Highly recommended !!!

Great service. Our waitress was terrific. My husband's prime rib was the best he's ever had at this restaurant and we are frequent customers. Eat in the library if you can; it's quieter.

What a delight to bring 4 friends to dinner at Carvers ..... 2 had never been before and were very pleased!! Always dependable for great meal, awesome service, and good experience.

The place has changed through the years. The prime rib is still good, but the fish (halibut) was not tasty and expensive for a small piece. The place needs a little remodeling. Our waitress was nice but too serious and had no conversation with us. Very dry. We do not know if we go back for a while.

Server, food, and Old Fashion Cocktail were excellent. The establishment was hopping on a Friday night, but had a reservation. The wait for seating, service and food were minimal. Congrats to a well run restaurant!

Honestly, I've been to many a steakhouse, all around the planet over the years and this was by far the most grizzled NY cut I've ever had! I literally could have used a chainsaw to cut through it.... Inedible ~ Not happy....😖

Been wanting to try Carvers for a while and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and well prepared. Wait staff was very good, attendant, but not intrusive. Look forward to going again to try their burgers.

Wonderful first experience! Food (especially prime rib) was excellent. Our server, Ashley, was top notch. She became very familiar with our tastes and was prompt throughout the entire meal. Thank you for also accommodating our growing party! Grandparents were in town and everyone wanted to join!

Always a good meal and service at Carvers. You can rely on it. It's a guaranteed pleasure to go there.

We ordered potato skins for our appetizer, tasted good, asked the server if the prime rib was good? She said that carver's was know for that. I was a bit disappointed, I thought it lacked flavor and the temperature could have been a bit hotter, it was room temperature.I would have ordered it at the brigantine, I feel like it has lots of flavor. I tried the filet mignon, it was good, and I had tried my son's New York steak, that was fantastic. Next time I will definitely order the New York steak or give the Ribeye a chance since I've never ordered one from carver's. The asparagus was grilled, could have been less cooked had a lot (excessive) of char. Garlic mashed potatoes were super yummy and the French fries were delicious. The service was a bit slow as this is our 2nd time at the restaurant. Drink refills had to ask repeatedly, but overall it was a nice dinner out.

Wonderful food, service and ambience. We loved the look and the feel of the restaurant. The lamb chops were delicious.

This was a great dining experience. My husband and I both had the prime rib dinner and it was excellent, probably the best prime rib we ever had, the ambiance is great. The dining room was decorated for fall, a very cozy feel. Laura, our server was very attentive and had a great personality. I would definitely Carvers for the food, value, and service.

It was a lovely evening. I had mentioned it was a celebration of my husband birthday when I requested the reservation. It was not acknowledged but I had asked to sit in another area. Maybe this made a difference.

Luckily we had an Open Table reservation as it was packed on a Tuesday evening. The service was attentive, but patient as it was our first time at Carvers. We both ordered from the specials menu and were happy with our choices. I had the 8 oz. Petite Prime Rib. It was served with au jus and a mix it yourself creamy horseradish sauce. It was perfection and I savored every mouthfulalong with my "works" baked potato. My husband went for the Scampi that he was happy with. I felt it needed more garlic. The salads we started with, Caesar and Romaine, were just OK. We ended with decaf and a dessert of cheesecake and bread pudding. Both were worth the calories. Adding a glass of champagne and a Modelo the bill was only $105!! A real bargain considering lunch of sandwiches and drinks these days tend to inch up to $60! Watching the big fireplace across the room and sipping our coffee, we could have sat there for hours in the warm ambience. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu.
