Castañeda's Mexican Food

Was seeking a quick fix- ordered carne asada fries from the drive thru. The fries and meat weren’t super fresh. ~$18 for a the full size. Definitely had leftover to share with my family.

The place was empty, because of the hour, it was at about 10pm. The street tacos were outstanding and so was the horchata.

Cozy restaurant, food was fast, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Staff was friendly. Best thing is that if you have a craving for good Mexican food, Castaneda's is open 24 hours and staff service is always great no matter what time you go.

Probably the worst Mexican food

This is by far the best take out Mex in my area.....The quality of the carne asada and the shrimp are serious....The wonderful chef and the amazing gal who runs this place make the food taste better...........I drive when i could walk across the street for their food......I challenge anyone to disagree!!

Everything was a 10/10! All the food was delicious. I came with my family and we tried the carne asada fries, fish cali burrito, marinated chicken cali burrito, carne asada cali burrito, and hot cheetos burrito and they were all huge and delicious!
All of the salsas were so fresh and delicious too
All of the employees were very friendly too and the restaurant was well maintained and clean.

The carne fries where terrible. The meat tasted funny very dri. To much creama on the bottom. I have to say the tostada was delicious tho. Altho they where very friendly and fast to get my order out I think the meat needs to be better taking care of.

Was a little more than expected burritos are about 8 to 10 dollars each

Not even close to mediocre.. food was soggy and tasteless.. they also tipped themselves without consent.

I went to purchase some carne asada fries and was attended very good but the food was not properly cooked the fries looked like they were barely warmed up in the oil. Basically raw potatoes strips because you can't call that fries. The carne asada was good and properly cooked. You can't cook half a food order and deliver it like that. I got it to go so didn't realize the uncooked food until I arrived at home where it is no way I was going to drive all the way back some 15 miles. I had to just pick off the actually cooked food from the plate. Very disappointed but now I know and will never go back to this place. Do not recomend getting food from this location who knows what other food they are not properly cooking and could cause some severe food contamination to people.

Ordered rolled tacos and other dishes. Most of our food was good. However, the role tacos were very hard.....not crispy but tortillas were really hard and could not chew.

Parking: There are not many parking spaces for the taco shop. Most of the slots are for the shops in the small center and hard to find a spot most of the time . Also hard to find parking on the street. Your best bet would be to go in the drive through and go to eat somewhere else.

I really like the food here but their prices seem extremely high compared to other Mexican Restaurants.
$17.00 for 2 beef tacos, small coke and refried beans is pretty expensive.
