The food is good, healthy with plant based protein options, employees are friendly, however the location has been consistently dirty. I have been there four times through the year. The tables are sticky and dirty, the floor is always messy. This condition is not inviting. I really like the food but I dislike the lack of cleaning in the dining area. I hope management can see this post for them to take action.

Greens and Grains bowl is my favorite, so good and usually I have leftovers for lunch the next day!
if i could only have one meal before i die, it would be CAVA. if i could choose to only eat one thing for the rest of my life… it would be CAVA. i have to say the key ingredient that pulls my bowl altogether has to be the schloog.

Food was just average, and the ingredients were not above. I wasn't happy but ate it anyway to not complain or waste. Service wasn't even average. At the front was only one person from the plating to the register, and later on, the second person came. Why not have three because the line was out the door?! Jeez I felt bad for the patrons and the workers who looked unmotivated and unhappy because of the dinner rush. I highly suggest adding a tip screen to this location to give the poor student workers a reason to stay shining and motivated. And I don't think they learned to portion food right. And they ran out of forks and made patrons choose whether to use a spoon or get creative.

Parking: Huge shopping plaza, but parking might be competitive for closer lanes.

Just like some of the other reviews mentioned, would never order takeout. Took over 30 minutes for them to make the food, even though they were not busy. Legit people walked in after me to the regular line, got their food and left.
