Solid food at this efficient and reasonably priced taqueria. The veggie burrito was outstanding as was the esquites which was made with the right amount of cojita and tajin. Recommended.

Don’t expect much. Tacos do not come with much, a lime, protein and guacamole. No lettuce or pico. Chips are hard naturally and sometimes stale. I got 3 tacos ontaco Tuesday for 15.50 (save 1 dollar), queso chips and a drink for 28, taco protein was on the drier side, not recommended

Loved the rolled tacos here. The beef and potato were better than the chicken. The staff member who helped us was extremely nice.

Got two tacos. The jalapeno one was okayish but the veggie one was really good
Great customer service. Unfortunately the food is not up to par for mexican food in San Diego. If you're going to use store bought tortillas at least buy the authentic ones. Just very mediocre food. I was very disappointed.

gifted my trainer with 2 $50 gift cards to cecilia's. prior to going he called and made sure they would honor them. they twice got his same order wrong and when he brought it to the cook's attention the cook threw his order in the trash menacingly. he guarded the new order afraid they might spit on his food. the waiter didn't recogbnize his card, and when he contacted the owner "cecilia" she said she would not honor it. (a card she had sold through a barter system and had gotten her profit out of it at the time of the sale!) need i say more. disgusting service and management attitude. food was ok, just ok. i will never frequent that joint, r direct any one i care about there either...

Horrible experience, from the customer service to the owner refusing to address an issue.I was given 2 $50.00 Gift certificates during the holiday for this restaurant and when i finally went in today, they refused to accept the gift cards and on top of that they made a mistake on my girlfriends order twice, when i asked on of the cooks to please fix it, he grabbed the plate of food and threw it away while saying with attitude, “i have to remake the food”.I messaged the owner and she gave me 2 short answers without offering a solution. This is not a representation of good customer service, I would not recommend this restaurant, go spend your money where you are treated like a valuable customer.

I went with my wife to enjoy some tacos. The tacos were cold I ask the cashier to touch the tortillas after he Realize it was cold he ask the girl that was cooking to please change the tortillas for new ones an make them hot, I saw that she just took the same tortillas with food and just place to grill top with out concer of making it better.I hask her to change it to new tortillas the manager got upset an told the cashier to refund my meal and to leave. After this I can say this is the most Disgusting about this situation no concern for customer negligence on the phone. This place should not themselves have latin cuisine even though I don't know how to represent their own culture.I will never recommend someone to communicate at this place because of the deplorable food and customer service

They have items marked as vegetarian but I asked and they told me the rice (which comes on the vegetarian items) is made with chicken stock. So the items AREN'T vegetarian.
I lived in San Diego a few years ago, but never visited Liberty Station until a short vacation this year. The place is almost overwhelming in terms of the number of shops and restaurants! The public market is where Cecilia's Taqueria is located and offers a good selection of Mexican food. I picked the fish tacos which were very tasty! The staff were very friendly and since I was there on a weekday, the crowds were minimal and the wait time for my freshly prepared tacos was only a few minutes.
Nice and fast service, big menu, good salsas, the shrimp tacos could have a little more shrimp in them for $5.50/each, I think we are paying the touristy price at this food hall but overall good tacos
