We sat in the outside area not connected to the restaurant..I really liked it out there..staff was great, attentive and the food was great! Will definitely come back!

i don't write reviews ever i can't be bothered but i had to write one for cesarina. i moved to SD last year and i've tried SOOOO many restaurants and coffee shops and i've been disappointed every time. but cesarina will officially be my go to!!! this restaurant has the friendliest staff! due to religious reasons we don't consume alcohol and we called ahead to ask about pasta options not cooked with alcohol and they said they had options. when we got there the manager came himself to make sure we were taken care of. the staff was so friendly making sure we had everything we needed AND the food was DIVINE! like we were eating pasta in italy!!! there was a mixup of miscommunication and they took care of us and made sure we were satisfied. they didn't make us feel any other way than at home!

Loved the ambience—it was incredible! The food was tasty and had some unique twists I haven't seen in the U.S. before. Not the best Italian I've ever had, but still worth it. The staff just wonderful and made the whole experience better. I'd definitely come back. 3.5/5 from me.

We've been to this restaurant multiple times and every time it's just unbelievably well. Food is excellent. Just excellent. Service is fantastic. It just a great place to go. I would highly recommend it to anyone who loved Italian cooking. It's the best.

The service is excellent from start to finish! The food was amazing, full of flavor, all plates were served hot and at the same time. This was our first time here celebrating a birthday, and we'll definitely be returning. Even the kids were saying how much they enjoyed the food and were impressed by the service. Highly recommended.

Amazing Italian food, why fly all the way to Italy when you can eat at Cesarina. It tastes just like the best restaurants in Florence. We had the Beef Carpacio which was just sublime. The hangar steak with black truffle risotto was perfect. Also got parpadelle with truffle sauce and black truffle on top and that was the star, I have traveled all over italy and this dish equal the best. Finally we had the tiramisu that was prepared table side and it was amazing.

Good experience overall. Had the gnocchi with Alfredo sauce and Guanchale, Good! Other dishes were good as well. Bit overpriced, but must be the location. Coming from Las Vegas, we find excellent trattorias for much better price. Would come back

The actual pasta is great! Super fresh and the perfect chew. The pomodoro sauce was nothing special. The truffle sauce is excellent. The focaccia bread is substandard. Cold, hard, seemed stale. Under seasoned. It set up the experience poorly. I ordered a fancy whisky cocktail with pork fat wash and fig, but it tasted like a normal watery old fashioned . The purple gin drink was good though. I had two different wines by the glass that I didn't care for but waiter was cool and let me taste.

I did not anticipate it to be one of the best Italian restaurants I've experienced. It was flawless. From the Octopus, the Tartufana with Malfade pasta, to the best Tiramisu ever tasted… good lord! The Super Tuscan wine was exquisite! A great experience.
