Ceviche Craft - Del Mar

This place is great for a good ceviche!The seafood is always fresh and consistent! For those that haven’t tried ceviche, think of it as a poke bowl without the rice but more flavor!

Impromptu lunch and stumbled on this little gem. Ordered the tower with my husband and two steak tacos, all build your own. Food came out absolutely delicious! Definitely a favorite new spot for a quick, fresh bite to eat.

I love ceviche. I hate cilantro. This place is a dream come true. The cilantro is not built in, i can choose a mix without cilantro. The corn doesnt have cilantro mixed in. The grains dont have cilantro mixed in. Its incredible. Enjoying cilantro free ceviche has made me so happy!

Love love love this place! Delicious and fresh, made-to-order ceviche and more. I’ve been in at least a dozen times and it never disappoints. Today I had a small bowl- the perfect size for me. I had salmon with citrus ponzu sauce. The sauces are the bomb. They are each uniquely crafted works of taste art (did I just make that up??) Kidding aside, they are amazing. I also love the cilantro lime . You can choose your toppings: I had cucumber, onion, jicama, green onion, avocado and cilantro. All ingredients are so crispy and flavorful. It is served with a tostada that is a perfect scooping utensil for it. My husband ordered tacos that looked and smelled delicious and the clam chowder. The chowder was a sweeter version of it- we both really enjoyed it (I had to try it!) The service is also a great reason to go. A young lady helped me at the counter & she was super nice. I really love this place. Highly recommend!

I am so glad this place opened at this location. We often come to this plaza for a quick lunch or meal before the sunset on Fridays, and as a lover of fish I couldn't be happier! I can't eat soy sauce so even though I LOVE sushi and pokes it's always a struggle to explain that I need some lemon halves or lime to "season" my fish ... here, I don't have to worry about that! The soy free lemony sauce is delicious, the portions are well served and the many options of items to customize my ceviche are all great!

So so so so good, been waiting for this place to open and it exceeded my expectations. Sure it’s a little pricy but you’re buying seafood in Del Mar highlands, everything at the highlands is a little pricy, that being said my mom and I have split a medium both times I have gone and it filled us both up and the meal is still under $20! Everything looks and tastes so good, the owners were super sweet as well! Margaritas, Micheladas, Augas fresca, and beer available.

This place just opened and has already become one of my favorites. Don't miss Taco Tuesday !!

So far the best Ceviche from freshness and the taste all the way 100% and the gentleman who helped had such a amazing personality .Definitely will be my future go place

When they first opened the lines were out the door. Today at noon I walked right in and that should have been a clue. I ordered a small bowl and for $16 the food was not edible. The fish smelled and tasted terrible. The portion size was tiny. The staff was not trained. Would never go back and wanted to warn others who might be considering this place.

First time trying this place and I’ll definitely be back soon. I got the large ceviche bowl which was four scoops of fish with a ponzu sauce and a bunch of toppings. It came with three large tostadas which I broke up like a chip to use to eat it. I also got the mango pineapple agua frescas to drink. It was super sweet yet delicious.

So delicious and fresh! The staff is so nice and helpful. They explain the process and ingredients patiently. I ordered shrimp ceviche tostilocos and my sauce was aguachile. You do not have to go to a fancy resturant to get quality ceviche. Do yourself a favor and give in to the craving, you won't regret it.

WoW , This is by far my Favorite healthy ceviche place to eat in So Cal ! Love the freshness of their fish and pulpo & their tamarindo Michelada, I eat at least twice a week @ Millenia since they open 2 years ago, So happy to have this closer to home “A Must weekly” for my Keto diet ! I went to this place twice in the same week just to be able to try the different sauce combinations! The ceviche tasted so fresh and flavorful that we went back a couple of days later. If you are looking for a healthy and tasty way to treat yourself, look no further!
