Terrible. DO NOT USE THE APP!!! We’ve been charged twice now while the app says the card was declined. Absolutely no way to get ahold of customer support. Idc how small of an amount it is, there’s a lawsuit coming.

First time going there, the lady there had no interest in telling about their sandwiches so I ended up picking up the “popular” one which was so HOT!! Like really spicy, dripping in spicy sauce, never coming again.

The one in Monroe is the best. Always great food and great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.
I came 20 minutes before closing. There was one guy ordering. As soon as I got in line behind him the cashier rolled her eyes, quickly turned off the lights and gave me the dirtiest look and said we’re closed. I don’t like writing these reviews. I completely understand, I was in the fast food industry for years. You want to go home I get it but the way it was said and done was not okay. I hope she finds another job if she’s so miserable.
Super disappointing. Hadn’t had one in a while, they used to be so good, but my cheesesteak was 90% bread with 2 sorry slices of meat. Not good at all, won’t be back.

I love Charley’s. This has been the worst Charley’s location i have ever been to. There was no line when i showed up and i probably was the first client. So there was no excuse for a subpar service and a sandwich that was sloppy and lacked taste. This is the second time i had the same experience at this spot. Management need to revise and hire some people who can make a quality sandwich.
