You know vacation time you always crave special and that's what I got to experience... The Mad For Cheesecake was so delightful. They have special varieties that you can pick and choose any and would be delighted. I experienced the matcha roll cake omg ..I just couldn't stop eating... the creme filling was smooth and very tasty. I had tried at least 5-6 varieties of cakes and was so happy that it was there in the party menu as well... by end of the party there was none...

Stopped by Mad for Cheesecake in the Bonita Mall location and tried their ube ice cream in a cup. It was alright - decent flavor. We also got a chance to try their flagship cheesecake, which was good. They have a variety of options, so might be worth checking out if you're in the area

Enjoyed the Japanese cheesecake and boba tea at Mad for Cheesecake in Pacific Highlands Ranch in Carmel Valley. The taro and brown sugar milk teas were very tasty. It was our first time having Japanese cheesecake and we’re surprised it was more like ice cream than an American cheesecake. Loved the opportunity to try something new! Very friendly and quick service. Recommend!
