Chef Joann and her team were absolutely incredible to work with!! When I first booked with Forgotten Barrel Winery, what drew me in was absolutely the menu provided by Chef Joann. Unique dishes that looked absolutely delicious. And of course when we finally had the opportunity to try it, me and my now husband were hooked. The amazing professionalism conducted by her team is top tier, any comments, questions or concerns were immediately handled. On our special day, the food was absolutely one of the highlights of our night. We got non-stop compliments on the delicious appetizers and dinner. Couldn’t recommend Chef Joann and her team enough!

Chef Joan & Co catered my wedding and it was the BEST experience. From day one her staff were very responsive. Scheduling a tasting was a breeze and a fabulous experience. Leading up to the wedding communication was also excellent. Day of, everything was PERFECT and DELICIOUS! Guests were talking about how great the food is. I sincerely hope to be able to work with Joan and her team again sometime in the future :)

Working with Chef Joann and her incredible team was an absolute delight for the recent ranch wedding we planned and produced. From the beautifully curated appetizers to the late-night snacks that kept the energy high, every bite was an experience in itself. An extraordinary experience with Chef JoAnn's talented staff! We hosted a post wedding rehearsal luncheon at Forgotten Barrell Winery. JoAnn's staff organized every detail including exceptional food (guests raved about everything even the mashed potatoes), lovely table settings, personalized menus and capturing all the leftovers for us to take with us. Every guest went out of their way to share what a lovely event it was. We absolutely would use these talented folks again!

The whole catering staff was amazing... professional, engaging, efficient and fun. They helped us put on a unique all-day Celebration of Life for my parents and really understood what we were doing. I spoke with several of the staff and always felt they honestly cared.

Chef Joann created an unforgettable experience for my sister’s milestone birthday! She created a 6-course meal experience, each paired with perfect wines from around the world that exceeded everyone's expectations. And the group had many expert chefs and wine connoisseurs! An evening to remember! This is the second time Chef Joann and her team have created memorable events for me! She is damn amazing!

Joann and her whole team were so sweet and also the best wedding caterer/planner team we could ever have asked for. My husband and I are both pretty particular - Joann and her team PERFECTLY made our personalities and aesthetic tastes come to life in wedding form. I’ll have to post pictures when we get them back from the photographer. Everyone at the wedding said everything was gorgeous, the food was excellent, and that Joann was really lovely to meet.

Chef Joann & Co. handled our post-wedding brunch seamlessly and beautifully from start to finish! From choosing a venue, menu, flowers, invitations, set-up, serving and clean-up, all were all handled expertly and artistically, while interacting with us as hosts and all our guests as valued friends. She provided a lovely and worry-free event!

Our experience with Chef Joann and the entire team was an absolute delight! Planning our private event was simple and straight forward, and the execution was phenomenal. Not only was the meal amazing, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Our guests had a unique, lovely experience, and we would use Chef Joann again in a heartbeat.

We had Chef Joann's team out for our Bachelor(ette) party and it was the best decision we could have made. Our team was FANTASTIC. Isabella, Thais, Erik, Nick, and Lilly were the loveliest bunch to work with and the food was WILD. Insanely good. They even accommodated our one vegan friend and she said it was the best vegan food she'd ever had and everything flowed together beautifully. Our table was amazingly decorated and the colors were lovely. I'd highly recommend adding the cocktail pairings option because the paired cocktails were perfect. We cannot rave enough about our choice to have Joann's team be a part of our weekend!

We had a great experience with Chef Isabela and Marisa for a private bachelorette dinner at our airbnb! They were so easy to work with, the food was great, and service was top notch. Thank you!! (turns out we were having too much fun to take pictures of the food!)

Chef Joann and everyone she works with are amazing! I used them for our wedding and they were super accommodating with tiny tweaks we wanted to make to our food options and the food itself is soooo good! We did a build your own taco bar and all my guests couldn’t get enough of it. I would 100% recommend and I hope to use them again for our next big event! Thank you all so much for making this day even better!

Chef Joann & Bespoke catered our wedding at Forgotten Barrel and the food was SO good. I never have high expectations for wedding food but the food they made was delicious. We did a short rib and chicken with roasted veggies and jalapeno mac and cheese- omg get the mac and cheese!!!! We also has a wonderful strawberry salad that was refreshing and wonderful. they have very high standards for ingredients too which made me happy.
we got lots of compliments! I only wish we had time to eat more of it!
