Chef Felix and family put together an excellent meal. Every. Single. Day.I've been going here for 4+ years and am still going back. Everytime Chef curates, weekly, a menu and will even still make you almost anything you can cook on a skillet. From flatbreads, to home made soups, and a Cubano I would fight you for, they make a bit of everything.¡Provecho!

Chef Felix, Erica and the Entire Family that runs this Hidden Gem in North Torrey Pines knows they're doing in the Kitchen for sure! The menu is great with daily Breakfast and Lunch specials that appeal to all with different taste pallets. Don't forget the desserts that are made fresh by Chefs Cafe. You have to try Erica's Tiramisu and Choco-Flan', I recommend it! Chefs Cafe is very clean and the "A" sign hanging should have a "Plus" added to it. Fortunate to have Chefs Cafe onsite at my employment!

I work in the building, so I come here quite often and never get tired of their food. Chef Felix, Mama, the whole family and everyone working here are always super friendly. The food is really tasty and affordable, especially the chipotle chicken ciabatta sandwich and their flatbreads. I always get a side of their homemade chipotle salsa too. In fact, anything with chicken is excellent here since Chef grills it fresh every morning. Would definitely recommend!

Wow! So glad I found this gem! Our breakfast burrito and sandwich were made from scratch and were so delicious. Staff was extremely welcoming. Very short walk from the Hilton at Torrey Pines. Like the other reviews mention, it is in building #5. Highly recommend! We will be back when we are in the area again.

Called this business close to closing for the day and was treated with respect, energy, and warmth as if it was the beginning of the day.Picked up my order and it was just as personable if not more. Had a little trouble locating the business because Google was confused (which I hopefully cleared up for them) and they were apologetic.I also received a cookie for being a first timer :)Southwest Salad was delicious Angus burger and fries hit the spot.Looks like you can make a custom salad here too and the breakfast is desirable as well.Love the energetic vibe, the clean atmosphere and the healthy ingredients.

The establishment is clean, Staff is friendly, the food is below average tasting and the prices are a violation!! Salad for $25dlls!!

We were visiting Torrey Pines and looking for a place to eat lunch. Found Chef's Cafe online and it seemed to have good reviews. We decided to check it out. Had a hard time finding it since it is actually in some kind of medical facility. So that's a little weird but the food was fantastic and the service was second to none. Felix made us feel like we were guests in his home. And after you get used to being in a medical facility, you realize that it is actually very quiet with lots of good seating.

This a a cafe within one of the biotech buildings but the food is much better than you'd expect. We walked over from the hospital and found the food to be cheaper and much tastier than the hospital cafeteria. Everyone was also very nice.

Nice place for a quick meal. You can ask for things off menu and they do there best.
