Went inside to order 2 regular chic fillet chicken sandwiches ...waited over 12 minutes to receive them and they were extremely overcooked and dry .... very hard to chew and swallow dry chicken .... Sports Arena Blvd in San Diego :(

Their sign said substitute your side for $1.60, their system charged $2.94 instead. I let the cashier know, her response? “I need to change that sign, I haven’t had time yet.” Didn’t refund my payment or change the charge. This Chickfila was not “my pleasure.”
