WHY is 30 nuggets 30 dollars……that’s one dollar per nugget. That’s ridiculous, and 8 nuggets is a lil more than 8 dollars, that’s MORE than a dollar per nugget.

I ordered a salad today on 11/28/2025 and had the worst experience, I’ve ever had with fast food or any restaurant. I was about done with my salad when I realized there was a big green bug in the salad, which google identified as a southern green stink bug. I was mortified and disgusted. Because of this experience I will never be able to eat chick fil an ever again. I will never be able to trust their food preparation ever again. That is disgusting and unacceptable. I paid $12 for a salad with a bug in it. I got so scared that I threw the salad on the floor and the bug crawled out. 0 stars!! worst fast food experience ever!! will never go back.

I have been a loyal customer to this location for years. Every time I have gone here the team members have been polite, helpful, friendly and respectful. On November 10th, in the evening, this was Not the case! I had an issue with a couple of gift cards that were given to me a couple of weeks prior due to two orders that were not correct in the drive thru. At that time, the team member was apologetic and wanted to make things right. I appreciated that. The team member who initially was taking my order that night was very helpful and advised that I speak to the manager at the window. When I got to the window and explained the issue to the woman handling my order, she was very rude and spoke to me in a very rude and snarky tone. She said “we never give out complementary cards at the drive thru”. I asked to speak to the manager. She turned to the manager, who was right there, then turned back around stating the manager said “No” they would not honor the cards and refused to speak to me. The fact the manager would not speak to me directly regarding my concerns is ridiculous. The rudeness given to me by both women is completely unacceptable! I asked for her name and she stated Sadie was the manager. This type of behavior is not what I deserve or expect from this company. It’s a shame after years of coming here, I will not be returning. The manager, Sadie, and the other team member at the window are not focused on customer service and satisfaction.

Everyone knows CFA has great customer service, but nobody does it like my man Clay. Just came through the drive through and came face to face with the GOAT of customer service. He made me even more excited for my food than I was before, helped me pick what to get when I was torn between options, and hyped me up the whole way. Chicken? 10/10. Clay? Off the charts.

Bad experience at this restaurant (San Diego, CA). I bought a couple of meals, including an 8-piece nuggets meal, but when my son counted them, there were only 7 small pieces. I immediately got up to tell the cashier, and while I was explaining it, the female manager came over, grabbed the box, counted the nuggets, and without saying a word, took the box back to the kitchen. I went back to sit down, and we started eating the rest of the food while my son still hadn’t received his nuggets. A while later, the cashier brought the box of nuggets back to our table.
Two things they need to improve: Be more careful with the food they serve and make sure it’s complete, and also be more empathetic and professional. The female manager didn’t even apologize or do anything to make up for that unpleasant moment for my son.

Decent chicken filet but dry white bread sandwich. Has anyone ever told them that healthy people don't eat white bread? The cluelessness jibes with their right wing politics Crunchy kale salad only healthy option on the menu.
