Lets just start by saying Chik fil a has the best chicken nuggets hands down however, that was ruined when i watched an employee wiping down a table and the benches with the same towel. This is 2025 and business arent training employees to use seperate towel for separete jobs?

The drive-thru experience was absolutely frustrating and beyond disappointing. The line was ridiculously long, with only two employees handling it. Instead of efficiently directing cars forward to keep things moving, they inexplicably waited until there were no more cars blocking the crossing before even considering the next order. Then, after an unnecessary delay, one of them finally opened the second lane—only to stand there doing absolutely nothing because no cars were in that line.
As for the food, the fries were the only saving grace—hot and fresh. But the sandwich? Lukewarm at best. And the bun? An absolute disaster. It felt cheap, crumbled apart with every bite, and to top it off, it was cold. For a place that should have efficiency and quality down to a science, this was an unacceptable experience.

Paid in advance to pick up my order and per instructions scanned the qr code for the mobile pickup line but it did not work. Had to wait in a long line with other cars ordering. Got to the window and was told it would be another 15-20 minutes longer. I only have a 30 min lunch and was picking up a surprise lunch for my teachers so I had to cancel my order and leave to get back to school w/in 30 minutes and without lunches. Such a sad sad situation. 😔

What has happened to all the fast food places. Just like McDonalds the sandwich was room temperature and not freshly made. I like my sandwich to be warm enough to at least melt the cheese a little.
