Waited in line for 10 minutes while the employees looked at me, then a cook came in line behind me to order for herself and the front desk took her order before me
Chick-fil-A is always great with high quality. This location had a great kids playground, a clean dining room, many seats, and fast WiFi. It was a little packed when we were here during dinner time. There was a long wait line inside and outside of driving through. The service was friendly, but its speed was slow. It could be better to order through the app.
i just found out my dog has cancer and went to this location for a pup cup. i offered to pay the price of a milkshake if they could put just whipped cream in it and the lady just about laughed in my face and told me they don’t do that here. it was beyond rude especially during such an emotional time and i will not be coming back

I had one incident leaving my purse hanging on the chair. I didn't realize my bag was missing for 2 days, but thankfully a staff member/manager found it and held it for me.
Kid-friendliness: they have a indoor play area for kids
I don't care for this place, their chicken is bland, sandwiches mediocre at best, imho, the salads are the only thing worth paying to eat. And the atheist in me deplores supporting tantasies.

It was a very hot day that turned into an episode of my son getting overheated unexpeditly after we ate. The nice gentleman who was so kind to greet us from the start gave my son a cup of ice water to cool him off. I have not had a chance to say thank you. It's the small gestures no one gets to say thank you for, but our lives are busy, and even days like this stop us in our tracks. I want to say it meant a lot to me that you were so compassionate to us. It's not that I did not have the money for the water I did. But it was a matter of fact. I just fed my son and sat in your restaurant, and he *trigger warning* threw it all up after we got up. We still had to drive home. Thank you. One day, if you are ever in need I hope someone is there for you!
