I had one incident leaving my purse hanging on the chair. I didn't realize my bag was missing for 2 days, but thankfully a staff member/manager found it and held it for me.

It was a very hot day that turned into an episode of my son getting overheated unexpeditly after we ate. The nice gentleman who was so kind to greet us from the start gave my son a cup of ice water to cool him off. I have not had a chance to say thank you. It's the small gestures no one gets to say thank you for, but our lives are busy, and even days like this stop us in our tracks.
