By a long shot, the worst location I've been to in about a decade. Nearly every visit you're guaranteed to either be missing an item or two that you paid for, missing sauces or have fry containers half full or toppings missing. Quite literally if there's something that can be done to mess up an order, this location will find a way to make that happen. It's astounding corporate hasn't cracked down on this location.

It seems they got rid of the operator and replaced him with a new one?
Not sure if that's what caused the dramatic change but this location is dialed now. Order is always right and the customer service is top notch.
I haven't been inside to see if the kids working there are still rowdy, off-task and clowning around nor if the store still has that pungent smell but if the dramatic change in service is any indication, I'd bet they've fixed all of that as well.
Well done whoever it is in corporate who replaced the operator.

Drive-thru order but I had to wait in the pickup parking spot for my order due to the large quantity. They missed a 12pc chicken nuggets in my order (cost ~$9). I called to get a refund but was told that only reward points are possible. That's fine. I waited and waited. No reward points come to my account on the Chick-fill-a app. Bad experience that missed a pricey item from my order and no actual reward points are back my account!
I've received the wrong order 3 consecutive times at this location. This past visit I even repeated my entire order twice and it was still wrong. Keep in mind, all I ordered was a spicy deluxe meal with no cheese. Every single time they give me a non spicy sandwich with cheese. It's almost like they're doing it on purpose at this point.

No question they have the best service in town. People are always really friendly and helpful, as they are at all Chick Fil-A's. The breakfast is what i usually go there for and its amazing. Quick, easy, and good priced. the spicy chicken sandwhich is amazing.
