This location always sucks but itâs the only one I can make it to for a lunch break. They served my chicken tortilla soup with no spoon or tortilla strips and a frosted coffee with no straw. Of course didnât notice until I sat at the lunch table to eat I donât have anything to eat with. Why are the standards consistently low for this location? Yâall get paid to much for what you do to be sloppy.

I don't like writing bad reviews; when I started coming here last year, the staff was meaningfully oriented toward guest satisfaction. Based on trending reviews, I'm not the only one that notices a cause for concern here.
I just ordered drive-thru (12/16/25 @ 11:00p) from this do the bare-minimum, a(pathetic) type girl, who completely misses the functional point & meaning of her involvement; not only does she not have to be there, but she shouldn't be there. And because of managements dereliction to see this confronting liability to their establishment, I'm done with this place ⊠bye!

At 10:31 breakfast was not being served? We were in line as the lady rotated the signage. Seriously who does that, an entitled worker? â we re out of biscuitsâ We donât want biscuits!

I come to chic fil a 3 months out of the year for one thing only, the peppermint milkshake. I went through the drive thru earlier today and ordered one through the speakers. One of the employees told me that they were out of ice cream to make milkshakes, which I wouldâve been fine with if not for two things. First, the way the employee spoke to me through the speaker was hella rude. Like I was an inconvenience on his night for ordering such a complex order, with audible sighs and grunts and me able to hear him ask his coworkers through the mic âis this guy seriousâ. Second, I witnessed two cars in front of me receive milkshakes as I was speaking to the employee, which told me he was actively lying. I guess I can add another reason as a third, I pulled into a parking space to change the music playing on my phone. As I looked through my back window to make sure I was clear, I saw a car at the window GRABBING A MILKSHAKE THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW. If anyone ever comes to this location, make sure youâre not being lied to or scammed. Unbelievable
