Worst service I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A. They completely messed up my order and then after I went back to the store to fix it they wanted to charge me for the small addition to the sandwich they missed. Never going back to this location again

Went later at night but I was pulling a trailer that wouldn't make it through the drive thru. Originally they were going to serve us outside but then came back and said no. Left hungry and sad.

Regular chik fil a experience but this is the slowest drive thru location I've ever been to. Not sure what is different between this location and others but it always takes way too long to get food

Some of the staff who work there are rude and unfriendly. I was in the drive-thru and ordered a Cobb salad with no bacon, but they gave me the wrong order. The salad was also missing the egg. I realized this after I got back to work, so I had to drive all the way back to the drive-thru lane to get a replacement. When I explained that I had received the wrong order, they didn’t even bother apologizing. They took the old salad from me and threw it in the trash right in front of me, even though I had already mixed it. They also told me to wait in front of the restaurant for my salad instead of handing it to me while I was in the drive-thru lane. I ended up waiting 10 minutes before I finally got my salad, and by then, my 30-minute lunch break was already over. To me this is an example of a bad customer service, it is not my fault that you messed up my order!

Waited 12 minutes after mobile order was said to be ready. I watched it sit on a counter for 12 minutes and all that was needed was a drink. Short staffed? No there's like 8 people in there. Everyone moved and acted like theyre stoned af. Wish I could be high at work 😪

I’m so blown away by the service at this chick fil a.

I’ve had a horrible day taking my dog to the ER around the corner and have felt so defeated. After ordering I pulled up to the window and was greeted by a kind lady with a big smile. Her attitude seemed so genuine and kind and it made my crappy night just a hair brighter. When I got back to the clinic I noticed some stickers in my bag that said “you brighten the day” and it was just a small push in the right direction. They didn’t have to put that in there but they did and I’m really thankful.

I stopped by this morning (2/21) and had an unusual experience. The person taking my order was a bit rude, and when I picked up my food at the window, she wasn’t friendly at all. She handed me my order and told me to wait in front of the restaurant for my coffee.

When I received my coffee, it was lukewarm and extremely strong. Even after adding five half-and-half servings, it was still too bitter. This was surprising because I visit regularly for breakfast and sometimes lunch for my family, and I’ve always had a good experience.

I’m not sure what happened this time, but I wanted to share my feedback.

This used to be my go-to spot after work on weekends, but not anymore after what happened on February 15. We went through the drive-thru and parked for about 20 minutes to eat. As we were leaving, I didn’t realize they hadn’t returned my card. When we drove back, the employee claimed they tried to catch us—clearly a lie, since we were sitting right outside the restaurant the entire time.

This is a very sad day for me as it’s now obvious for whatever reasons there has been a tangible shift in quality across the board from the food to the service. As a service plumber I often chose chick fila for lunch from Sorrento valley to Poway, Escondido…. For over a decade there’s been a standard I could rely on across the board in quality from the food to service & rarly if ever was I let down over the years until late 2024 to now over a several month period eating countless times at various chick fila but primarily Sorrento valley I’ve notice a new normal & it’s not good! The quality of food has completely changed & is obviously much lower grade for whatever reason & the employees WOW, as with In-N-Out, you can almost always count on a normal person with a smile who is eager to serve BUT what I’ve seen is a complete shift from that norm to what I could only explain as chick fila going out of their way to hire abnormal, Wierd, Unhealthy people with all types of oddities that could care less about doing a good job or not, i honestly have no idea what has happened from the outside, looking in, it looks like some kind of Diversty & inclusion thing with the hiring & a compromise in The quality of food in hopes of making more money idk what I do know is it is a very sad state of affairs. I hate to have to leave this review.but chick fila will not be a go to for me & mine as long as this decline continues & That’s a real bummer.
