It’s fast and convenient, and quite easy to order ahead with the app. It’s possible to get a very healthy meal here, better than many fast food places. For example: get the grilled chicken nuggets (12 pieces is good) and skip the fries but get a side salad or fruit cup instead.

Tonight I went through the Sorrento Valley drive-thru feeling a bit down, and one of your team members completely turned my day around. I don’t remember his exact name, but I know it started with a “G.” He was so kind, thoughtful, and genuine in the short interaction we had, and it really meant a lot to me. It’s not every day you meet someone who shows that level of warmth in just a couple of minutes. I know he will go very far in life, and I hope Chick Fil A knows how...
