Excellent place. Really well run - the customer lines are long and drive through can get hectic, but we all know WHY - limited franchises focusing on quality.
Great place for a fairly good bite - consistent, has sometimes messed up orders, but the customer service is top notch. Come on and grab a bite.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
I’ve lived in this area for over six years, and this Chick-fil-A has always been my go-to location. I usually stop by once a month, and the service has always been great until this visit. This visit really made me consider to not come back again. What I experienced was, without a doubt, the worst customer service I’ve ever had at any Chick-fil-A.
I do understand that I arrived about five minutes before closing, and I truly wasn’t trying to make anyone’s night harder. I had just driven all the way from Anaheim, and I was exhausted. I only stopped to grab food for my dad, who asked me to pick it up last minute. I tried to keep things simple and polite, but I was met with unnecessary attitude from the start.
At the drive-thru window, I noticed I was charged for the wrong item. I politely asked about the missing soda, and the woman at the window who had blonde hair and appeared to be the manager seemed visibly irritated. She didn’t even offer basic customer service like a simple “Hi” or “How are you?” The entire interaction felt cold, rushed, and like she was just going through the motions.
I then asked another employee if I could speak to the manager. She told me the manager had stepped out. When I asked again, she said something along the lines of, “It’s homecoming weekend and we’re closing in five minutes.” She was also giving me attitude as like she tries to ditch me I was so frustrated, I barely remember the exact wording but the message was very clear: they didn’t want to deal with me. Then she said, “You can leave a Yelp review,” which made me feel completely dismissed and unimportant. That same employee then began raising her voice at me, which made things even worse. And when the blonde woman (the manager) returned, she looked at me and said “Are you for real?” with a sarcastic and confrontational tone. It was incredibly unprofessional and shocking.
At that point, I was overwhelmed and honestly very upset. I said something back that I’m not proud of, and then I drove off. I’m normally a very patient person, and I work in customer service myself—in both food service and now in banking so I know how hard this job can be. But this level of disrespect, especially after a long day and long drive, really pushed me past my limit.
I completely understand people have rough shifts or personal stress, especially near closing. But I truly hope this situation can be taken seriously and used as a coaching opportunity. Leadership means being able to stay professional even when you’re tired or ready to go home.

Waited 15 min inside the restaurant for my mobile order. The cashier took more orders while my mobile order was finished and sat on the counter making my fries like warm.

My grandma went in there the other day and called me to share her story. My grandma is a widower and lives by herself. She goes to this location a couple times a week. Usually she takes her food back home but once in a while she will stay to eat. This day she decided to eat there. She mentioned to the person taking her order that she has dentures and needed to see what she could eat with them. The person taking her order was a woman named Andrea. My grandma said Andrea suggested the pretzel sandwich because my grandma said she wanted something different than what she usually gets. My grandma was hesitant because she has tried other restaurants pretzel sandwiches and the bun was always to hard for her. Andrea assured her that yours was reallt soft but my grandma was still hesitant and decided to go with her usual Chick-fil-a sandwich combo. My grandma said Andrea was cleaning some tables and went and talked to another lady and came up to her with something in a wrapper. Andrea gave her a pretzel bun to try so she could see if it was soft enough for her. My grandma was super thankful but told Andrea she didn't want to get her in trouble for giving away free food. Andrea said it was OK because she asked another woman named Caitlin who said it was OK. So thank you to Andrea for helping my grandma and thank you to Caitlin for allowing my grandma to try the other bun for free. My grandma loved it and said it is soft enough for her to try on her next visit.

The food was fantastic and up to the normal chick fil a standards. The customer service was not. It was just ok. Similar to what you would get at McDonalds. The greeting was lukewarm warm and the wait was a tad long.

10/10 Experience!

I got there after they switched from breakfast to lunch, but they still let me order 4-count mini rolls. I asked for the extra honey butter, and they gave me the leftover honey butter container to dip my minis in. It wasn't enough for them to keep, but just perfect for me to enjoy my breakfast c:

Chick fil a! There is nothing wrong with Chick fil a. I probably go there once a week.😬
The employees are just so sweet and they really know how to make you feel welcome. The peach shake to me is amazing!!!!! The chicken and the salads are my favorite.

I think the clerks here provide racially discriminatory service to customers. If your pronunciation is slightly different from that of a native speaker, they count it differently, give you a different menu, or even leave out some items. I just want to ask those clerks one thing: Your branch manager wants to sell more healthy food to customers—not to give you more free time, right? If that kind of attitude exists among the clerks, then the company’s training program totally needs to be reviewed. Since this is already the fifth time, I couldn’t help but leave a review.

I’d heard a lot about Chick-fil-A but never thought this would be my experience. I walked into the restaurant and, surprisingly, there was no line. I stood at the counter, waiting to be helped. At first, I didn’t think much of it when no one came over.

Then a man walked in and stood behind me. As soon as he did, a server appeared. Without acknowledging me, she began taking his order, even though he was standing behind me, speaking over my shoulder as if I wasn’t even there.

I had to say, “I was here first,” just to be recognized. She apologized and finally took my order.

Now, as I sit and observe, I see a server check on the table next to me, asking if they needed anything after their meal. No one has checked on me once.

It’s hard not to notice how differently I’ve been treated. I don’t feel welcome here, not as a customer, not as a person.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you expect to be treated with basic respect and dignity.

P.S. I also asked about a military or firefighter discount and was told they only offer one for police officers in uniform. So, if you’ve served your country or community in any other way, don’t expect that to be recognised here either..s
