My grandma went in there the other day and called me to share her story. My grandma is a widower and lives by herself. She goes to this location a couple times a week. Usually she takes her food back home but once in a while she will stay to eat. This day she decided to eat there. The food was fantastic and up to the normal chick fil a standards. The customer service was not. It was just ok. Similar to what you would get at McDonalds. The greeting was lukewarm warm and the wait was a tad long.
