This is such a wonderful type of work ethic! The employees are very sweet and it has an old fashioned ordering style if you don't want to go through the drive thru. It was a very nice experience and I wish I lived closer because everyone was lovely!!

The drive in location is to be avoided. 4 count chicken strips were really 3, and they were much much drier and crunchier than normal. Chick fil a rewards scanner did not work which made it difficult for the service person to take my order. They forgot an entire chicken sandwich of mine that I paid 8$ for and didn’t realize until I got home.

The girl with the pink claw clip and sparkle makeup working drive through today spent her time conversing with the customer who already had her order and did not pay attention to who got who’s order making us have to wait in the parking lot for our order to be remade. That’s not even the worst part. I was telling my husband she probably gave our order to the car in front of us because she was distracted talking to the car in front of the other car. She walked up to my window and said “excuse me?” I said I was telling my husband you probably don’t have my order because you might have given it to the car in front of us she said “you don’t have to be rude” I said you weren’t even standing here when I was talking to my husband in my car. This is the first time we even spoke. She was insanely unprofessional and rude herself. Calling me out while I’m having a conversation with my husband in my car while she’s not even present due to taking orders back to other cars. Her behavior was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. She then talked about us to the gentleman in the window defending her actions even though she DID in fact give my order to the wrong car due to being distracted. By the way there was only 3 cars in the drive through during this time so this was not a matter of being busy or having a rush.

On a Friday afternoon at 12:32p.m. I pull into the drive-thru... as I waited to place my order. When I finally got the opportunity to give my order I was cut off by the drive-thru employee taking my order. I was asked to move forward. I kindly oblige the employee. I again began to give my order and again the employee asked me to move forward. I finally get to a location to give my order and it turns out they DO NOT sell the spicy southwest chicken salad at this particular location on Balboa Ave. Now I'm stuck in the drive-thru line wasting my lunch break and haven't order a thing. Next, let the customer talk and get there order out before you have them move up!!!
Never come to Chick-fil-A if you want to be heard....

there was a car in the drive thru line that took forever to order and then of course it took forever to get them their food at the drive thru pick up window. Isn’t it customary to ask the car holding up the line to park into a spot in the lot so that other customers can get going with their day?? I’m sure others in the drive thru line were on their way to work or dropping off students at school smh

Cons and Pros will be Listed:
Cons:
1) Paid almost $16 for a PCCLUB (meal) that didn’t come with a pretzel-bun and few slices of bacon.

2) I called this Chick-Fil-A location (6x) when I noticed and they didn’t answer. Someone could have answered and put me on hold until they were available, to discuss my issue.

3) Not really too much of a con but do they say “My Pleasure” apart of their script anymore? My husband and I noticed (3 different employees didn’t say it but in Oceanside at the “Marron Road” location, they do).

Pros:
1) Bathrooms were clean and no bad smell to them.
2) Outdoor tables were clean and chairs pushed in.
3) Fast service.
4) No charge for sauces.
