Good food and everything have not been to Chick-fil-A in a long time here on the mainland didn't expect their prices to be so high I mean their food's good and everything but I don't think it's worth the price when I was in Hawaii I thought that the prices were high just because I was in Hawaii then I ate here in San Diego and noticed that the prices were really high I mean it's chicken so I don't understand why their prices are so high I can get a whole chicken for the price of their eight piece but it was good little overrated

Avoid mobile orders here!! Bad customer service read the other reviews. Stared at my order(ready with drinks ready as well) for 15 mins. Employee didnt even apologize for the wait(just gave order without saying nothing and I still said thank you). Im a vet was ptsd anxiety and this was chaotic comapred to the national city/La Mesa chic fil a. (Employees assume anybody picking up a mobile order is a DoorDash driver so they’re automatically rude.) Got home and also missing 1 sandwich 🙃

Hey chic-a-fliet. +1* only 4 of your customer bags outside the trash cans this week. Not sure who deserves the credit for Pick up your garbage. Good or not fast food is hideous in regard to trash and health. This is your trash and your parking lot. Don’t put it on taxpayers to clean up your mess

I placed a mobile order through Google Maps. When I arrived to pick it up, I was first told they were working on it, so I waited. After waiting for some time, I asked again and was told they didn’t have my order.

When I reopened the website, it didn’t show the “I’m here” option anymore, and the staff said I’d have to check out again. I showed them a screenshot of my confirmed order, and the charge that had already gone through on my card. But they still wanted me to place the order again and pay twice.

I ended up leaving empty-handed. I hope those $10 were worth losing a customer.

After waiting for 20 minutes in line I placed my order and the lady that helped me realized I was paying with a $100 bill and said “we don’t take $100” and removed the cones for me to move along. I was shocked, I went across the street to jack in the box and right away took my order and had my change with no problem. I don’t come to Jack but guess what I’ll be coming here and no more chick fil A for me or the co-workers.
