I was wrapping up my order with Vita and she kindly reminded me about using the Chick-fil-A app for my points—I always forget! She also made a great recommendation to my order and was very knowledgeable. Vita was awesome—thank you for the great service!
Sadly, it was very bad customer service experience. A lady ( The worker said she is a manager) made a mistake the order. I totally understand people make mistakes sometimes, however she had a bad attitude and no apology. I hope she did not think it was misunderstanding. I ordered combo meals, she asked what drinks and what sauce for French fries for both orders. But she only placed orders for one combo and a drink. She could at least show her sincerity. It was first time I had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A. I must say it was bad customer service.

I’m so frustrated and disappointed with chick fil a. I put in a mobile order for lunch and on arrival I ordered some fries. my items were missing so I didn’t even eat my sandwich. I got off work 4 HOURS LATER and came and they tried to give me a hard time because I didn’t have the receipt. I feel so dumb & for no reason bc I spent money where it was obviously not valued. I had the sticker from my mobile order but they were still hesitant. I wouldn’t lie about spending my money somewhere and I would hope that they’d be understanding. And yes I know people lie about stuff but if I have some proof why look at me like I’m robbing the place. I don’t know if this location is one I’d like to visit again tbh.

After truly trying almost all the major fried chicken joints(corporate only), In my humble opinion, I do believe that Chick-fil-A has the best taste, value, and most importantly quality. Most fried chicken locations (especially corporate), lack the most important component of what I believe Americans think is(hopefully), which is where quality and taste(value) meet in the middle. Best of luck, but there's actually a few decent places that offer this, and Chick-fil-A is definitely one of them
