Not coming back, the food was really greasy and not as hot as I would like. The fries were really meh not enough salt and not crunchy enough… sorry. The place was very clean, quiet and nice.

I ordered the Spicy Deluxe Sandwich and found unwashed dirt or residue on the vegetables — something that was clearly not cleaned properly. When I brought this to the server’s attention, he first insisted it was food residue from the grill and said it was “edible.” After I asked him to take a closer look, he finally admitted it was dirt.
However, instead of offering an apology, he told me, “Everyone makes mistakes — haven’t you ever made one?” The attitude was very dismissive and unprofessional. When I asked for a proper apology, a manager came over in a very aggressive manner and told me, “We don’t want to serve you. You need to leave.”
This was a deeply disappointing experience — both because of the lack of food hygiene and the disrespectful customer service.

Tonight was my first time finally trying chick fil a. The chicken was juicy and tender, and the service was exceptional. The dining area was much nicer than any fast food place I’ve been to, and I love that they were playing worship music. Larry the manager was super friendly. I’ll be back with my kids!
