Service is ALWAYS top notch. Friendly and happy staff and an inviting restaurant atmosphere. This place is my go to for an affordable meal. Haven’t had anything I haven’t loved yet. The burgers are amazing, the ribeye is juicy, the chips are warm and the salsa is better than any other chain I’ve had. They make their margaritas from scratch without using all mix, which is hard to come by these days, ESPECIALLY from a chain. I was here with a few friends today when a homeless person came and snatched my food off the bar counter and ran away it’s okay because I know people are hunger I told the staff to let it go instead of calling the police because I’m very kind and I feel for the homeless that can’t get food the staff was very kind and my new order of mini burgers and fries was good

I’ve frequented this location for over a year now. Each and every visit has been great. The servers are kind, respectful and attentive. The employees seem to have a great flow going - from the BOH, hosts, to-go staff, bartenders, and management. It’s clean, fast service, and affordable. Thank you chili’s for taking over numerous dinners :)

Our server was the only redeeming quality of this place. We sat at the table for 16 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us… even after we asked the hostess. The “manager” walked by our table multiple times and it looked like they had multiple people bussing tables but no one serving. Our food was below standard for chilis and thankfully our server called it out before we had to but she shouldn’t have to do that.
