Great comfort food, when you're in the mood. It's not fine dining, but it was good quality and reliable. I got the Fajita Trio, which came sizzling, with tortillas. It was more than I could finish, and I took home enough for another meal.

I did a door dash delivery and I ordered the brisket quesadilla. It’s Valentine’s Day (I know how busy restaurants are but this is not okay) so my husband and I just wanted something easy. When we get my order there is ONE piece of Brisket in the entire brisket quesadilla. This is actually insane and unacceptable. Thankfully talked to the manager, cat, and she was amazing and said she would make sure it was done right the second time. We ended up just getting fast food because I didn’t want to wait/ pay money again but I am shocked. Chilis has never let me down before so this is a first.

Great food and reasonable prices.
We've been coming here a little under a year and can say that we've had most of their menu items.
Only thing I can say is if you are going to order the Sirloin, the way it is cooked is inconsistent here. It's usually cooked a level higher than you want, so if you want medium rare, say rare.

If you want medium say medium rare.

Other than that it's a great place for lunch

I ordered triple dipper. Sliders, bone in wings and New Nashville Mozz item. I got sliders, southern spring rolls and boneless chicken wings. I hate the spring rolls and boneless chicken wings. This is not the first time that my order is wrong. CHILIS should relook or retain their staff to make sure customers get their correct food.

My first experience at Chili's was a mix of highs and lows. The restaurant was extremely busy, and we were told there would be a half-hour wait. Surprisingly, we were seated in less than five minutes, which was a pleasant start. However, the hostess was unwelcoming and seemed irritated with everyone. While I understand the stress of dealing with a crowd of hungry customers, her attitude left a negative impression and is something that could definitely be improved.

For our meal, we ordered the Crispy Chicken Crispers® Combo, the Double Oldtimer® with Cheese, and an appetizer of nachos. The food arrived quickly, hot, and freshly prepared, which was impressive given how busy the restaurant was. Unfortunately, our nachos came out about five minutes after the entrees, which disrupted the flow of the meal. On the bright side, our waitress was very friendly and attentive, providing a much-needed positive touch to the overall experience.

The restaurant itself could benefit from some better upkeep. The wall ledge next to our table was covered in so much dust that I could have written my name in it, which was disappointing. Despite the service and cleanliness issues, the food was enjoyable and reasonably priced, making it a good value. With some adjustments to the customer service and cleanliness, this could be a much more enjoyable dining experience.

Skinny Red hair waiter that worked Thursday october 17 i politely asked him if he could clean my table after I was seated i a dirty table he just said "yea" to me and keeped on walking walked by the my table 4 times never came back very disrespectful and unprofessional.

I come here a lot because I love Chilis, very affordable food and good service. But my only problem is that they overcook steak a lot : ( . I know its hard to get a good crust while getting a good pink interior on a 6oz steak, but they've done an amazing job on a whooping two times out of the many, many times I've ordered a 6oz steak. I cherish those two occasions they've served me a perfectly cooked rare steak. Now I expect to be disappointed every time to get an overcooked steak when I've asked for rare steak here : ( . Oh and one other thing, for the 3ForMe combo, they now serve the soup in a TINY, tiny dish meant for sides, no longer in the bowl. Very disappointing now to be honest. Barely three bites of soup : ( .
