I have ordered to go at this location multiple times. The food is always very fresh and the employees are so accommodating. Stephen and Anna specifically have been super helpful ensuring I have utensils, condiments, drinks, etc. Great staff!

The changed their menu again! And not for the better either. I like some baby back ribs. And it’s one of the mainstay Chilis menu items, right? Well they no longer offer the dry rub option or the street corn on the cob. And now the baby back ribs aren’t nearly as tender or fall off the bone again, why? Why change something like that? when it’s not broken, don’t fix it. Very disappointed. But as always the servers were very attentive and it was fun watching the padres game. Now bring back the old baby back ribs and the corn on the cob and the bowl of chili.

My sister and I stopped there after an exercise class. We both got food poisoning. It was on Monday 7-7-2025 in the afternoon around 2:30 pm. We pinned it down to the cheeseburger egg rolls. I drove back home to Escondido by then I was feeling bad. I collapsed when I got out of my car I was dizzy and started vomiting in the parking lot and on myself. My son and daughter-in- law came after the neighbors helped me up. I vomited and had diarrhea for almost 24 hrs. I mean I was close to calling 911and would have if it wasn't for my family. How many ppl get food poisoning this severe and never complain to the restaurant. This review is for them. After this I'm complaining to the health department.

My waiter Brandon was really good and attentive and I didn’t have to flag him down even tho his section was busy. Great customer service and would recommend sitting in his section again.

I always come here because they know how to cook medium rare meat. I guess the person cooking doesn't have any idea how to cook meat. This is my medium rare steak. 🥱😭

I gave it a 1 star for the simple reason I sat here for 20 mins without any a knowledge whatsoever. Then lights and power went out and nothing yet . So I will get up now and walk out.?

So disappointed :( After waiting for 45 min, manager came to tell us our order was never put in . We continued to wait for another 30. Our blackberry margaritas tasted like Hawaiian Punch . Too sweet! Sliders were so dry and over cooked :( . At the end I asked the server for a scoop of ice cream for my mom, since it was her birthday. I can’t believe we were charged for that. I expected some kind of compensation from the manager.

We went for a late lunch/early dinner. We both got the 3 for me with the oldtimer burger with cheese and fries for our entres. For our starters we ordered a salad and chips and salsa, plus water and a sprite for our drinks. It's been a while since I've been to Chile's and I forgot how good their chips and saucer were and come out nice and hot.Thin crispy salt it to perfection.So we munch the nose for a while. Our burgers and fries came out pretty fast. They were nice and hot and talk about a juicy burger.... It was delicious. Oh my gosh, I'm addicted to their burgers now, they're so good. I don't know what kind of beef they use, but you can tell it's very fresh. I ordered mine without the bun and should have stopped eating it halfway through, but it was so good that I ate the whole thing and then just only ate a few fries (which I took home). Our server was in training and I wish I would have got her name because she did an excellent job. I had mentioned when we placed our order that we were gonna place an order to go and that came out pretty quickly after we paid our check. It was still nice and hot when we got home, he said his double burger was juicy and delicious and he tore it up. We would definitely be going back. All of our food only came out to $47. You can't beat that now and days. We will definitely be going to Chili's a lot more often.

Shout out to Jesus our waiter for being always so friendly, he was very attentive making sure we had everything we needed. This kind of service always make us come back.
