Tyler was our server and he was so friendly and provided us with excellent customer service! Despite how busy it was for national margarita day he exceeded our expectations. Will definitely be a returning customer!

Terrible customer service. Employees dancing in kitchen instead of actually helping customers.

It's a Chili's. Pretty typical, same as most others. Would do 3.5 stars if I could. I feel bad about 3 stars but 4 stars feels a bit too generous.Update February 2024: monthly $6 margaritas are decent. Food, decor, and service haven't changed much. A predictable Chili's experience. Chips and salsa are no longer free

The business hours say 10:00 pm close, I went in at 9:38 & the bartender had everything cleaned and put away and said they did last call already. If it says 10pm close, they shouldn’t clean up before 10:00.

Steaks are always nice and Juicy, I would definitely recommend loaded mashed potatoes. Broccoli and the street corn are perfect sides too. House salad is super fresh and the beers are ice cold just waiting for you. Wait did that rhyme, Never mind. Back to Chilis, love the vibe and are bartender Cynthia was awesome. Thanks guys, We'll be back soon .!Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: They have kids menus , crayons and coloring sheets to keep the little ones entertainedWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access

This place used to be really good but recently has gotten really bad. The food is barely edible tonight. Had the cilantro lime carne asada. Tough, dry and not edible. Terrible don't order.

I have been to this location before, its always pleasant. Parking is normally good, with the exception of events happening at venue right next to them. It was difficult to cut traffic line to enter Chili's parking. Service was fast, food was ok. I had the quesadilla salad with chicken, it had way too many tortilla strips not enough lettuce, the chile seasoning was not to my liking either . My mom enjoyed her meal. Happy day . Bar was almost empty, plenty of seating.

What a mess of a restaurant. They messed up my delivery order, and when I called in to inform them about the error, the person I spoke to offer to remake my order for free. I called back two nights later to re-order and the manager acted so clueless, and tried to make me feel like it was my fault the cooks made the order with the wrong protein.

Received a gift card so we went to Chilis. Haven't been to a Chili's since a horrible experience at the Grossmont location. We didn't get plates with our food. Well, we received one plate. We asked for more plates from the food-dropper-offer and only got one.We asked our server for another plate, along with refills. We got the refills. No plate. And we got 2/3 of the refills. Server ghosted us for five minutes. I had to walk up to the bar and ask for a plate and a refill for my son.We ordered the chips and salsa and white queso dip. Half the chips were nickel/quarter sized (pictured). Are we suppose to eat them with a spoon? What are we doing, Mr. Chili? The white queso dip wasn't very good, but that may be a preference thing. At the next booth was an uncleared table and a big bag of Raisin' Canes (pictured) for some reason. It stayed there the whole time. Other tables nearby also were uncleared and just sitting there, like we were eating in at a Chilis that was suddenly evacuated. Hence the 1 star for 'atmosphere'.Tyler our server was nice enough, I'd rather he was a little more attentive and realized people need plates to consume food. It wasn't even busy, which I guess was why they weren't clearing tables.I think today was the last time I will ever eat at a Chili's. It's like the McDonalds of sit down dining. Like if BJs had an outlet location.I get it if you're in Scranton or somewhere then Chili's might be it, but this is Daygo, pimpin', we have better options for a similar price. My son also wants to add that their crayons are cheap as hell.
