The mozzarella sticks dipped in honey mustard are awesome! The Cajun pasta with chicken and shrimp is good, but not the best. My son likes there baby back ribs.

The food was great but the service was a bit slow, but most importantly I have been observing all the employees and what I had observed is that they all have an itch on their faces then they scratch their faces and they touch your plates and or pour you a drinks!
How discussing!! They mind as well let the rats walk on the bar & tables.

Because of inflation, the competitors has caught to chilis prices. For 30 bucks I can get a big plate of meat compared to McDonald's excessive carbs and sugar.

Every time I go here, the floors are always sticky, and the place looks dirty. The food quality is going downhill.

I went and got a drink and an appetizer as a meal. the meal was never put in and i was waiting 40 minutes and checked my bill just to see it wasn’t on it, i told them about it and the server said “oh i thought you ate already” then proceeded to come back and kindly say they would cover it and had the manager give me gift cards but the manager let me know the food was still coming. i waited another 20 minutes as everyone was cleaning up the place for me to find out it still wasn’t put in, the server was just comping my drink. i don’t care about the comp or the gift cards i came to eat and waiting an hour for absolutely nothing. i love chilis but i don’t know what was happening with my server.

Chili’s food is normally very good, but it has been inconsistent at times. I’ve had burgers that were absolutely perfect one day, and then burned on one or both sides on another. I attribute that to those football game days when Chili’s is really busy; however, if you burn it, bury it. Don’t serve it, especially if I ordered medium well or rare. Fries are almost always great, but again, inconsistency is their kryptonite.
I rated them 3 for service, not because their servers aren’t great, all have been wonderful. My beef (pun intended) with their service is that Chili’s has discontinued curbside service. I refuse to pay $13 - 15 for a burger and fries at McDonald’s just because of their drive thru. I ordered meals regularly from Chili’s because I could get it and go without getting out of my car. Ok, I admit that I’m lazy, but I’m also in a hurry with no time to go inside the restaurant and get in line for seating or pickup. I shop Target for the same reason. Curbside delivery is the only good thing to come out of the Pandemic, am I right?
The atmosphere, at my Chili’s anyway, is pretty typical bar & grill. Very large/long and efficient horseshoe bar and plenty of tv real estate. What else could you ask for?

Service was okay but nothing special, honestly I can’t imagine ever coming back. The food was subpar and bland. There are too many great food options in San Diego to justify spending your money at chilis for the same price.

My brother and I had an enjoyable dining experience at Chili's on a bustling Tuesday evening around 5:40 PM. Despite the unexpected crowd, we were able to seat ourselves immediately in the lively bar area, opting for a booth.
Our attentive waiter quickly approached just as I was logging into the table's digital tablet with my Chili's rewards account. Noticing my available reward for free chips and salsa, he kindly offered to bring it while we browsed the menu, an offer we gladly accepted. Within minutes, our table was served with crunchy chips, salsa, and waters.
For drinks, I chose the Mango Arnold Palmer, a refreshing concoction that I highly recommend for its light yet flavorful blend. For the main course, I opted for the Triple Dipper, selecting the new Nashville hot mozzarella sticks, southwest egg rolls, and boneless Buffalo wings. The Nashville hot mozzarella sticks stood out with just the right level of spice, perfectly complementing the melted cheese when dipped in ranch dressing. The southwest egg rolls were as expected, bursting with flavor. The BBQ-coated boneless Buffalo wings were delightful, even though the sauce coverage wasn't fully covering the pieces.
My brother chose the "3 for Me" combo, accompanied by a strawberry lemonade that he praised for its balanced sweetness. His starter was a salad with blue cheese dressing, though he noted the bowl could have been larger to better mix the dressing. For the main dish, he ordered the Big Smash Burger with fries, saying it was an unbeatable value at just $10.99.
Throughout the meal, the service was impeccable, with our waiter displaying a commendable level of attentiveness. Finalizing our meal was a breeze, thanks to the table-side tablet payment option. Unfortunately, upon reviewing my receipt at home, I noticed an unexpected charge for a "Ziosk game pass," despite not using any gaming features. I plan to contact Chili's for a refund on this discrepancy.
Overall, our experience at Chili's was marked by great food, excellent service, and substantial portions at reasonable prices. The minor billing issue aside, the visit was pleasurable and I recommend this restaurant for its offerings and service.

A little greasy for me.. Had the double burger with bacon. The bun could handle how greasy the burger was.

It’s Chilis: what’d you expect? The drinks are watered down and over sugared, the food overpriced for the quality (not great value), but the happy hour domestics are a reason to come here during certain hours. Avoid on Veteran’s Day, even if you are a veteran. 5 choices and any add-one are an up charge. Live free and drink hard my friend.
