This is my favorite Chili's in San Diego metro areašŸ“. I am from the San Ysidro so I can only really compare it to the Chula Vista locations, but this one is much more spacious and less packed than the other two. In terms of service, all locations have had very attentive servers and that's never been an issue with this chain so far.
What really makes this place so good and has me writing this review is the quality of the food that I consistently receive here.

One of the best food experiences I had in a long time. Chiliā€™s wide range of menu items and drink options have something for everyone. Staff hospitality was awesome and the ambiance was great.

The server didn't get me a drink.
The place has gone downill from 1 year ago. Don't sell non alcoholic drinks besides sodas. Food was alright. I got to spend time with my family though.They don't serve bottled water.
