I called in to make delivery order and was blown away by how they tried to rip me off at 3:00 pm and how very rude they were. He refused to give me lunch order, was trying to tell me the only way to get food was individual orders! 49.00 for one person at an ok anywhere place is outrageous but for this place in a strip mall for lunch is crazy!! He then told me “ call Door Dash, we don’t do orders under 20.00 “ hung up on me! The rudest man I have encountered in literally years. Btw I have ordered from them many times so idk why he was lying , trying to take advantage of a crippled person on a fixed income and act like this was a 4 star establishment?!! It’s a long way from being 4 star I doubt if ppl would even rate them with the poor service and rude behavior. I do not recommend China Ann to anyone at this point. I called Panda Express got the exact same order , paid Door Dash and it was more than half as much for what they were trying to get me to pay. It’s the same quality without the rudeness or surprises.

We exclusively order takeout from here but their customer service is unmatched. Most recently, I didn’t know the dishes came with rice and ordered extra on the side, and he went out of his way to call me and ask if I actually wanted all that rice (I didn’t!) and is always so so nice and friendly. They have great vegetarian dishes and always hit the spot.

zero stars I went here because I realized that they had crab Erin, but their crabber is super tiny and super dry. Also I asked him like how the chicken was and he said it was a little spicy when in reality the orange chicken is not spicy and it's not that sweet and it's like super piping high like burn my tongue as I was first eating it so it's not like sticky it was like super watery and I proceeded to tell the woman that I don't like it and she had me wait for the other worker to come back just to tell me that all they could do is give me 50% off of something else if I wanted to get something else

Ordered the shrimp with vegetables lunch meal and was able to add garlic sauce at no extra charge. egg drop soup was delicious. The rice was plain and flavorless but mixed well with the sauce. Would eat here again.

And they don't mind making special orders.Vegetarian options: They have a full list of vegetarian options. I have gotten food for maybe 5 years. Everything was alright. I have ordered food for delivery maybe 6 times. But the last time wasn't a good experience. I am willing to pay delivery fee, processing fee, and 15% tip. I live 1.4 miles away. I was waiting for my food and got a call that the delivery was here. I said "I'll be right there" as usual. When I opened the door it was put on the ground. I could accept this if I lived in a carpeted area. My patio is basically cement (like the sidewalk). Not very hygienic!!!

I ordered a small side of rice and egg drop soup for myself and my dog. The soup was the best I've had in about 20 years. The flavor of the soup was perfect and I really enjoyed it. My only issue is over a communication issue. I asked what type of egg rolls they had and unfortunately the woman was unable to answer my question.
