Their Guacamole is garbage, it tastes awful, it smells awful, I don’t know why they are serving it. It could send someone to the hospital. I had to throw away most of my food and their customer service won’t even issue a refund.

We love chipotle however this location is terrible. They are extremely slow in service. They often run out of food and not prepared. They have terrible customer service. They have extremely slow and inexperienced staff for meal on front. This is close to my house and other chipotle is 15 minutes away from us otherwise I would not come to this location at all. You end up waiting in line up to 15 minutes even when there are just 5 people ahead of you! TERRIBLE experience

I ordered a three item bowl. Three. All selected the “extra” option. Can you please tell me why I got like no corn. I got three items why the hell are you skimping on the corn.

If I could give zero stars I would. The food service area was disgusting . The whole restaurant was filthy . I got my food but didn’t want to get sick so I went to another location to get my order replaced . I don’t know why the health department hasn’t closed this location down. Oh and the employees could care less.

Update to review. This is the worst Chipotle. It was not a one time issue but endemic to this branch. Avoid if possible. Their food is regularly bad, they have messed up online orders consistently. Just horrible management.

I never write reviews but this was a terrible experience. We are a big fan of chipotle but this was not a great experience. I ordered a carnitas salad but I must have said minus the carnitas because there was literally one piece. After returning, I was greeted with "it's probably underneath" by the wonderful manager. I said, "no I moved everything around and there is one piece". The last reply, "well I don't know what to tell you, but here a 1/4 scoop which is basically a full scoop". Regardless, the manager needs training and not a good look especially after raising prices.

I had bad experience recently. I bought rice, chicken and veggies. Half of the rice is dried and they are like stones.

I’m usually a big fan of Chipotle, but my recent visit was disappointing. The server added an excessive amount of rice to my bowl while barely including any protein. Considering the extra cost for protein, it felt unfair and frustrating not to get the portion I was expecting.

I understand busy times might cause rushed service, but consistency in portions is important, especially when paying a premium for certain items. I hope Chipotle addresses this with their team to ensure customers get the value they’re paying for.

WORST CHIPOTLE LOCATION!!!
They are not serving fresh food, I ordered a Carnitas bowl they barely put any Carnitas, pico de gallo was old, guacamole all black inedible. I try to speak with the manager and he said that everything is delivered to them and he couldn’t do anything about it, really??
