Tables are always dirty at this location, and staff sucks for the most part. One time I ordered a burrito and they put such little chicken in it and so many beans and bean juice, I couldn't even eat the burrito, it was a just soggy mess that disintegrated before I even picked it up. but after all, it's a chipotle. so it works if u live in the area. just do takeout.

I hate to say because everyone seems nice, but this location is just gross. It's always so dirty. We had to stop going.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience.
The rice was severely overcooked, mushy, and clumped together. It was supposed to be cilantro lime rice, but there was absolutely no cilantro and no lime flavor — just plain, soggy rice.
We ordered two different meats. The barbacoa was particularly unacceptable. Instead of properly shredded meat with sauce, there was a single large chunk dropped in the middle of the bowl, dry and poorly prepared. Barbacoa is meant to be shredded, moist, and flavorful — this was none of that.
The bowl was assembled with no care or balance. One side was plain white rice, another side overloaded with beans, the meat unevenly placed, and the overall presentation looked rushed and careless.
I order this type of food often and generally enjoy it, but this experience was far below even basic quality standards.

I received the wrong meal, and when I showed the side dish to the staff, she immediately threw it into the trash before offering to replace it. I would have preferred if the food was saved and a new one prepared for me. I understand that lunch time can be very busy, but it’s important to stay calm and handle situations professionally at work.

We have been a regular at Chipotle for years. Love their food. I have cut my carbs super low this year and increased my protein so when I ordered for the family I ordered a bowl with extra protein and not a lot else for myself. I understood it would be a relatively anemic bowl but paid the ~$22 just the same. What I received was a bowl with roughly 2/3 of an ice cream scoop of chicken, for ~$22. I was so disappointed, myself and my family have not gone back, nor will we. Used to be a 2x a week Chipotle family. Their price hikes and cut backs have resulted in the well deserved stock declines. My experience was at this location.
I was surprised when I moved out here and I visited this location. I thought in this area, especially with everything being so expensive that I would for sure. Get a good experience and get a proper meal. But unfortunately, I agree with a lot of the reviews as far as the staff not necessarily being very kind if you ask for anything. They kind of look at you enroll their eyes if you ask for anything on the side, but it’s not my fault. Chipotle allows me to ask for stuff on the side so it’s like I’m being treated rude because the business allows options. And the amount of meat that came on my bowl was truly disappointing. I couldn’t believe it. I’m not joking. I literally had so little meat on my bowl. I had to dig to find it. Which correlates with other reviews. You’re not gonna save money by serving tiny increments of food if everybody who goes, there has a bad experience with the same exact situation. When you’re ordering a stake bowl or a chicken bowl or a Carnitas bowl it shouldn’t be hard to find the meat when you’re paying and ordering specifically with the meat first being the predominant item that should be in the bowl. Salsa is not a predominant item. I’m trying to fill the bowl with salsa and rice. Isn’t gonna keep customers. Honestly, I just feel like this location should probably just be shut down and they can put in a different restaurant and it won’t even be missed. I literally drive to Escondido to get a decent Chipotle experience with a decent amount of meat for what you’re paying for. After going to this location one time that’s all I needed to experience and I’ll never go back.

Worst Chipotle ever, everyone treating you like you own them something. Pick up online order takes 40+m to get ready.

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever stepped into everyone always has an attitude the workers get upset when your asking for fresh ingredients like sour cream and salsa the food is always half way cooked, it’s a lot of cross contamination going on then when you ask if they can be a little considerate with making sure their isn’t cheese in your guacamole they act like it’s a hard task to not mix other sauces with different food. I work in the shopping center so I always try and give them a break an order from this Location and it proves me right every time on why I don’t eat at this particular chipotle !

Their Guacamole is garbage, it tastes awful, it smells awful, I don’t know why they are serving it. It could send someone to the hospital. I had to throw away most of my food and their customer service won’t even issue a refund.
Always very fast and good quantities of food. Love this Chipotle
