I am generally a Chipotle's fan. However, I had a less than stellar experience at the 4S Ranch Chipotle's recently. The stainless counter where food is prepared, was a mess - food littered all over the counter & no attempt to clean while I was there watching my food being prepared. As my salad was prepared, the preparer dropped a couple pieces of steak on the filthy counter & promptly picked them up & tossed them back onto my bowl. I told her that she should never do that with anyone's plate of food. She offered no apology (nor did any nearby workers who may have overheard acknowledge the issue). My experience left me with the impression that, the staff up front is not taking "sanitary food preparation" seriously.

The people who work at this store are great, and the food is fine, but this is one of the most unorganized Chipotles I've ever been to - the lines are always ridiculously long, I've never seen more than one person working the whole serving counter, and they seem super disorganized. I'm putting full blame of that on Chipotle management and Chipotle corporate for mismanagement and poor organization in the store.

Haven't been to Chipotle in at least a year and wow did they ever cut the size of their bowls down, by at least 1/3!! Same price 1/3 less and they skimp on ingredients unless you stand there hovering and telling them to please add more it was so ridiculous how empty the bowls were we had to go back in and ask them to fix it. Ridiculous. For these reasons I probably won't return. Rip off for what you get anymore, for the price.

I love taking my kids to lunch here. The kids meal is so inexpensive it can't be beat! I understand other peoples reviews mentioning it being dirty but it's a fast food place I'm not sure what people expect. They always get the order right and the people who work here are helpfuland pleasant.

Done with this location. They always get multiple things wrong and skimp if you order online. If you order in person, they're full of attitude for no reason. My daughter, who is only 10, asked nicely for a little bit of hot sauce in her burrito. The woman who was helping her dumped a heaping ladle in her burrito. And, stood there with her hands on her hips. Obviously, she was having a bad day and decided to take it out on my daughter who was ordering on her own for the first time. I asked my daughter if she wanted the burrito remade and she said no because she didn't want to waste the food. So, she struggled to get through her meal and ended up tossing all of it. I should have asked for it to be remade but this was our last straw. And, we got tummy aches after probably because this is one of the most unclean fast food places I have ever been to. Seriously, go somewhere else.

They advertise opening at 10:30am, yet I stood in front of the door trying to open it multiple times for 10m (until ~10:40am) and the employees just stood there mean mugging me with doors locked. Their door signage, website, and maps apps all indicate it opens at 10:30am. So unprofessional!

So I ordered online today and sent ny son to go pick it up at the time the website provided. When he got there there was no order and they said the could not find any record of it, I texted him the online order confirmation which he showed the manager but that was not enough, she wanted confirmation that we had paid for the order. I had to send a screen shot of the transaction to my son and he was finally able to get the food that we ordered after waiting an hour....completely unacceptable. Whats worse is they got my order wrong. In Chipotles defense they have since refunded the order amount after I filed a complaint online. I have never experienced something like this and as a result I will never spent my hard earned cash at this establishment or any other Chiptole. Unacceptable! I get that they may have had an issue with the order but confirmation that I paid for it from my bank records after I provided confirmation from their own website... just wow!

Usually good service and quick. Except sometimes around this hour and time of day. Poor girl working today was upfront by herself while three people are looking for mobile orders and a line formed. Saw some of the mobile orders just sitting out waiting to be finished. May want to avoid that as it was not my order I did not care since mine came out hot however the three orders ahead of me waiting might.She went back and 4 people came out so she kept her cool!

I order a lot because I'm disabled. My order was VERY cold because Door Dash was "making other deliveries first." I tried to call this location simply to make them aware. YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH TO A HUMAN!
