Absolutely would not recommend ordering from here unless you go in and watch them make your food. Almost every time I order online they will leave out items I paid extra for. They’ve made meals completely inedible on multiple occasions, one time a few months ago layering an inch thick of sour cream over my entire burrito bowl for whatever reason. Sometimes they fill your bowl up, other times you’re lucky if it’s even half full. Tonight they screwed up every single meal in our order and left out multiple items we paid extra for but the phone number doesn’t actually connect you to a real person and won’t let you speak to anyone at this location and their online “help” chat will only offer you a free queso “reward” that’s only valid for a short time for all your meals being messed up. Convenient food but consistently ripping people off for subpar fast food!

The restaurant was clean, when I arrived it was around 12 so lunch time. But it wasn’t too busy. The staff seems like they were trying to rush everyone out and didn’t seem to take too much care in the way the bowl was built. I don’t know if they’re asked to get everyone in and out as fast as possible or what the deal is. They were all friendly enough just rushing. The food was delicious!

The outside area could have been cleaner. Overall, it was a good place and time for a relaxing snack.

Very efficient, friendly, and accurate service! Clean and kid friendly.
It would be helpful to indicate as part the name that this on the base.
You can choose the healthy ingredients to eat.
Worse food quantity, I feel like I'm counting macros for those who know what that means
Okay so I just had a burrito that may make me never want to eat at Chipotle again.
So I’ve been eating Chipotle for about 20 years.
I’ve eating Taco Bell burritos better than what I just ate.
Now I went with the most basic menu item that one can get.
That is a chicken burrito.
Okay the rice was bottom of the pan burnt rice. It was so crunchy and hard it got stuck in my teeth like chewy meat.
The veggies were almost spoiled, no freshness there. Chicken was cold, tasted chewy almost tasted raw.
The black beans were over cooked, it looked like black refried beans eating into the burrito.
I reported the poor food taste and lack of freshness in everything. Was not provided a refund.
Last month I ate chipotle that was not fresh at all different restaurant, so it’s becoming a trend with multiple locations. Maybe there are forgoing all of quality they once had. Yes they use to have some quality, not the best but there was some and enough to make chipotle a decent option for a quick healthy bite.
Also the customer service is lacking with there online automatic help center.
Typical corporate customer service treatment. While sometimes you can get a refund or comp on the next purchase but I did not. It was, “thanks for your feedback have a great day”, while I just threw away the god awful food they tried to serve me that was $12.

If there was a 0 star they get it. Avoid the brisket bowel nothing like the commercial. It was a lean cuisine bowel all rice and beans chopped burnt brisket not worth 13.00 but worth 13 cents. Never going back hope they go out of business 💯. Avoid this place I warned you.
