Chipotle Mexican Grill

We are in town for a softball tournament. At home, Chipotle is one of our favorites, so it was an easy choice here. Upon entering, there was a nasty stench. My daughter approached the counter to order, but I stopped her to wait for my husband, based on the smell. Apparently he is more forgiving than me, but he certainly isn’t dumb…we ended up reaching the counter where the food is right around the same time, and we had the same reaction… HeIl NO!!! There was dried up food all over the surfaces between the food containers and the food in the containers was even WORSE!! I am astonished at their apparent “A” rating and quite frankly I don’t believe it to be true. I wish I had taken the time to get photos, but honestly we couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

I waited for my order for 40 minutes and in the end they didn't even serve it

Visited this Chipotle on Sunday night around 6:30pm. I had excellent service from those behind the counter. I ordered a burrito this time around, and got an excessive amount of ingredients. After everything was added, I began wondering how the crew member was going to pull off this wrap job, but he executed it to perfection -- no leakage or tears in the tortilla, everything was nice and snug for a smooth dining experience when I got home.

I recommend this Chipotle to others due to their outstanding service and skilled crew members. I didn't stay long in the dining room but it also looked very clean and orderly.

bowl was way too salted, I think someone disgruntled works here and oversalts on purpose. second time this happened, and only at this location

Most incompetent and unfriendly manager. Unnecessary long wait because only one poor dude is making online orders.

Burrito Bowl rice was just one giant melted goop 😣! I don’t know what’s worse, that someone cooked the rice like this or that someone else decided this rice was good enough to serve paying customers.

I just watched a crew member come in from a break outside and walk directly over to the grill to continue cooking the chicken he started. He proceeded to lift the tops on pots etc. Didn't wash his hands. The crew tries very hard but they always seem understaffed. No time to clean, restock etc.

wait for half cooked food 30 min. terrible store management. if you didn't know, during rush hour you can hire more staff

The Chipotle is pretty standard—nothing special about the design, but it’s spacious with plenty of seating. Service is quick, which is a plus. The downside? The food didn’t quite hit the mark—my chicken bowl was way oversalted. Overall, I’d still give it four stars.

Looks not clean, grill is not clean

I have constantly had issues with ordering delivery from this location. I ordered delivery today and this is what i got. Half of it is missing. I wouldnt suggest going to this location or ordering from this location.

Stopped by for lunch after a doctor's appointment at Scripps next door. Had not visited a Chipotle in over 10 years!! .. ordered a chicken bowl, a little pinto beans, a little lettuce, a little sour cream, a little cheese and pico, hit just the spot before heading back home. Would definitely stop by next time!!
