Chipotle Mexican Grill

This location needs better management. I’ve been served uncooked food, and they’ve run out of basic items like cheese on multiple occasions. The staff seem unhappy and overwhelmed, which reflects poor leadership. I hope corporate addresses these ongoing issues.

Manager did not wanted to honor the Bogo deal even with the add on the chipotle website

I got free queso promo in the email but it just doesn’t show up in my account. Showed the email to the staff and they just refused to honor it. Seriously for 3 bucks?

Ordered two steak burritos. Got two veggie burritos. How do you mess up the order twice in a row for same order.”Pepper” is probably the least functional AI that blocks all efforts to get human interaction.

“Chicken” quesadilla was just cheese thrown into a taco and wrapped. Incompetent people behind the counter and no management training or keeping quality standards.

Got too cheap with my burrito bowl. Half empty. At least fill the void with rice or lettuce. 🤔

Food was great quality and very filling, with nice portion sizing. However, I’m giving a 2 star rating due to staff cleanliness. I was watching the guy on line touch his hair and hat with his gloves on, then continue to make food for people without changing them. I did notify another staff member and he didn’t do it again from what I saw. But who knows, if I never said anything. The time I went was not very busy, but there was food all over some tables and even the seats. Surely, the cashier would’ve had some time to wipe them down but she didn’t. Despite all of this, I’d still come back to this location if I’m in the area, but just make sure that the staff are being sanitary and maintaining food safety.

I love chipotle. It’s my favorite fast food this chipotle has lots of seating and plenty of parking, quick service (most of the time) great for kids and adults.

What a joke. Walked in at 8:15 and they had almost nothing left other than the chicken. Everything else looked god awful. I wanted Barbacoa and the kid putting the bowls together said that they were about to close and that they shut down the grills before. And I asked him “oh what time do you close?”. He said oh “around 9”. Hmm seems odd. Looked it up. They close at 10!! So wtf are you going to feed your customers? Complete joke

The order was supposed to be ready at 11:40am. But at 12:04pm , he's still not ready.

We are in town for a softball tournament. At home, Chipotle is one of our favorites, so it was an easy choice here. Upon entering, there was a nasty stench. My daughter approached the counter to order, but I stopped her to wait for my husband, based on the smell. Apparently he is more forgiving than me, but he certainly isn’t dumb…we ended up reaching the counter where the food is right around the same time, and we had the same reaction… HeIl NO!!! There was dried up food all over the surfaces between the food containers and the food in the containers was even WORSE!! I am astonished at their apparent “A” rating and quite frankly I don’t believe it to be true. I wish I had taken the time to get photos, but honestly we couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

I waited for my order for 40 minutes and in the end they didn't even serve it
