Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have constantly had issues with ordering delivery from this location. I ordered delivery today and this is what i got. Half of it is missing. I wouldnt suggest going to this location or ordering from this location.

Stopped by for lunch after a doctor's appointment at Scripps next door. Had not visited a Chipotle in over 10 years!! .. ordered a chicken bowl, a little pinto beans, a little lettuce, a little sour cream, a little cheese and pico, hit just the spot before heading back home. Would definitely stop by next time!!

Located in a somewhat hidden plaza, this Chipotle seems to cater mainly to the nearby office workers. Despite being a weekday lunch hour, the crowd wasn’t too big, but the staff worked rather slowly. I decided to try their seasonal Smoked Brisket Bowl, but it left much to be desired. The brisket was cut into tiny pieces, and the meat portion was small, with far too much fat mixed in. For a price of $13.75, it felt way overpriced for the quantity and quality.

Not a satisfying experience overall, especially considering the high price for what you get.

Today I had the lovely pleasure of being served by Roman, my order was better than expected; it exceed all expectations. The food was as exquisite as always, but what made it better was the great service and carisma from my server Roman. Kudos to him!!

Walking in, there were two men tripping on something behind us in line. My knight in shining armor, Roman, stepped up and made sure i was safe by asking me if we were alright. After that, he served me the most decedent, succulent, most satiating bowl i’ve ever had the pleasure to consume. This was by far the best time i’ve had at any chipotle and it’s all due to Roman. This has got to be one of the filthiest restaurants I've ever eaten in. Every time I come here the bathrooms are filthy, the inside of the restaurant and the countertops are all filthy, the serving areas are filthy. It's obvious none of the people that work there care about their job.

The wait times on the online app are a joke. Waiting for 30 mins past promised time. Feel bad for the hard working folks, they are working as fast as they can. Just not staffed for the volume of online orders.

Update 11/5 @ 3PM: 1 month later. Same small portions -- filled up only half the bowl -- and no utensil for an online order.

It's a gamble if the mobile order worker include utensils and if they put extra food in it after you've requested extra portions on the app

I had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle today. Arriving around 11:30 AM, I found customers starting to back up to the door, with only a single employee working the main line. Meanwhile, three employees were handling the to-go section. After waiting & paying, I asked to speak with the manager, who happened to be one of the three preparing the to-go orders. I said, "You all look very busy, but you have a single employee on the main line, and three doing these others. For the people here in line, the optics don't look good." She responded, "We are late with these pick-up orders. Several other employees are on break and will help in a bit." Then, after a pause, she oddly added, "I know what I'm doing!" before turning around to resume her work.

It felt dismissive, and some empathy or acknowledgment of the 3:1 staffing ratio would have been appreciated. Instead, I felt my concern about customer equity was overlooked. Having worked as an expediter in fast food 20 years ago, I understand how hectic it can get, but I've never encountered a manager so hurried they didn't have time for more than a 10 second talk.

This isn't the first time I've noticed the to-go section being prioritized over in-person customers. The experience left me feeling like my business was of a lower priority.

I won't be returning to this location.

Sad to see how far chipotle quality has fallen in recent years … have had many great experiences at this location. But today the fajita veggies in my bowl were raw, lettuce was not fully chopped, chips were stale.

Just gotta lower your expectation I guess :/

Wow I had chipolte tonight and it has never been worse. The place was just filthy. Sauces and condiments overflowing into everything, lettuce inside the cheese, carnitas inside the steak etc. Not to mention the staff who was there at 6:30pm tonight were beyond, rude and unfriendly. To top this all off, I found a hair in my food when I was nearly done. Won't be back.

This review is directly for the manager with short hair and big glasses: you are extremely rude and snappy towards your staff who are simply doing their job. Berating the employees and being disrespectful on a random Monday. We were going to eat inside but we decided to eat outdoors because we didn't want to hear her being disgusting towards the workers. She made for an unpleasant and toxic environment for the workers.
